Allow Custom Decor artists to make decors group exclusive.

If enabled the artist can then pick a group/s to enable sales on, the decor then wouldnt be for sale to the public but only to members of the enabled guilds.

The artist could then advertise those decors in forums or if they're the groups owner put it in a announcement post

It'd be great if members of a group that gets deleted were notified, not only the owner.

This topic was originally created with the intent to discuss a feature similar to clans and receive feedback on what players would like to see for this feature prior to its release.  Now that the feature itself has been released, we are not taking any further ideas on this specific forum topic and will be locking it.  If you have any ideas for groups, please create a topic on the Game Development forum so that other players can support (or oppose) your idea and add their own feedback.  Thank you!
