Gene Check is WAY too Expensive

Surport - I love the feature of being able to scry on day one but 150 SC? Ouch. |

Full Support. I love the idea, I love the concept, and I love the bat; it's super awesome that the devs are responsive and listening to the community— but like I've seen a few comments have already said, we have a lot of sinks in this game. SC is getting spread a little too thin with this being the only way to check a carrier now; plus, players are definitely not earning back what they spent if the pups aren't carriers, which is a possibility. That's a risk that players take at the scrying stone, too, but the scrying stone was still significantly less of a hit (spending 200 versus 600 on four possible alb/mel carriers, if you pay 50 per potential). |

Support - SC is just extremely hard to find and until that is changed then this 150sc price is really high - carcasses are going for 2SC use, so I’d have to sell massive amounts of food (which is hard enough to get sometimes) just to scry one pup... another option would be having it availablr for GC as well as lowering the SC price - 70SC or 1GC sounds way more doable. |

I am extremely disappointed to see that SC remains an untouched subject to change. Even if I were to grid all day to do my quest and sell the max to the raccoon and fish, that still would not cover what we have to spend just to maintain our wolves. DAILY. No one has that kind of time. Either we need more ways to earn SC via the game mechanics, or prices need to drop. 150 a scry is a whole daily quest gone to waste. |

Support. 150sc is fine to check for all the mutations (considering 50sc would be spent on each), but that is useful only for nbw, and I'm still not willing to spend all my savings on the minuscule odds that one of them will be a carrier. I agree with the other players that are saying that it should be possible to scry for one mutation for cheaper (50sc ideally). I just chased a bunch of possible carriers because I'm not going to bet 150sc on the 10-15% chance that they'll carry ONE mutation. And with the mutie market so dead right now, it's just not worth checking. It would only result in a loss of sc. |

"I just chased a bunch of possible carriers because I'm not going to bet 150sc on the 10-15% chance that they'll carry ONE mutation." This sounds potentially good for the wolf market in general and mutation market specifically. Really hope I'm right and over the next days/weeks the market starts going up for these pups. |

full support, i think 50 sc to check for an individual mutation is way more reasonable. |

I'm against separating scrying and prefer it scries for all. (Or both!) For a price of 25-50 SC, I think it should scry for all mutations. Lioden has a similar feature that's comparatively WAY cheaper, Wolvden SC is far harder to get than Lioden SB. I'm aware comparisons to LD aren't wanted as they wanna make a unique game... But it's hard not too when most of your player base is from Lioden. Or if you could scry for one- maybe make it 10-25 SC. This is fair because carrier status is relatively rare, and putting much more in for a wolf that isn't a carrier is a rip-off. I think my price suggestion is the fairest way to do it. TLDR; Also bring back mutations in the Scrying Stone back!! |
