Meatball and Jerky

Meatball and Jerky

Sounds ridiculous but hear me out—

on the FAPA discussion, I tried going without FAPA for a week or so, just to see if I could do it. I could.. but it took like an hour of clicking on mobile. I know that I’m about to hear a lot of “that’s why the point is to keep your pack small”, but honestly a lot of people have the problem.

thus I present to you a new crafting recipe: the meatball.

combine small meat chunks, squirrels, birds, rats, whatever things like weasel carcasses into one big ball of meat that has all the uses—just so you aren’t clicking back and forth while feeding your wolves small meat chunks.

it was in a discord conversation, and it was pitched as a joke, but I actually think it would be nice—

and then for jerky, we were thinking of dried meat. Because if wolves can make 10+ different cures for diseases, I’m sure that they can dry meat to preserve it for a longer duration of time

anyways take this picture that inspired the wolvden meatball

The picture looks absolutely ghastly. .. but, the idea is pretty cool and efficient.

Just craft 10+ small carcasses to create a monstrosity. . .least it would be FRESH and have no mac in it.

I'll support it. Smushing some rats n weasels n meat chunks together sounds like something the wolves in this game would do tbh (and would be convenient for players, despite how weird it would look)

Sure would be a good idea, but I'm pretty sure feeding is unwieldy just so we have to buy FAPA (which, I'm not judging their business model choices; the game itself is free). Making free alternatives available would kinda defeat the purpose.

PS: that thing is horrifying, but when you stop and think about it there's no reason for it to be more so than canned ravioli. Also it "serves three men", I can't help but find this hilarious. And I feel like we don't have the same definition of "fresh".
