Ive been searching for 2 days, still no caves.  Anyone know where I can find these?

Thank you for the suggestions!

Exploring the prairie at night got me all 5 with 1 energy bar! 

Summer makes the nights very short so that made it really hard to log in at the appropriate time, but night time did the trick!

Have you been exploring mainly at night? Afaik caves have an equal chance of appearing in any biome but can only show up at night. Also, the singular wisp encounters are the cave encounters.

The option to explore the caves only show up at night, not during the day. 		Ironbeast

Pretty much any biome but you can only find them at night as far as I know. Also it isn't like a straight encounter that shows a cave, you gotta follow the wisps that take you to that left or right option encounter.

I'm in the same boat, I was finding tons of them before the event moved forward. Now I'm not so lucky. I am searching at night as well. I am hoping maybe I am just very unlucky. 		Kiaena
