Now that my lead's at level 20 I'll do my usual per-every-100-NBWs post. And also while I'm here HOLY SHIT A 3-STAR NBW! That's the first one I've encountered since I started recording NBWs - and possibly the first one I've encountered in general. Thanks to that encounter, 3-Star NBWs have a find rate of 0.03% in my data, which is incredibly tiny and I imagine it'll only get smaller as time goes on. I'm both curious and scared to find out what the rate is for 4 and 5 stars (if one ever shows up ) I've never heard of a player finding either in the whole time I've been here so like dang, if anyone here's witnessed the existence of one let me know though
