Do you still need more data? I will happily provide data from my encounters! I'll edit this post to add to it.

When the enemy is bleeding and in the last quater of health, you can just wait and let them bleed out, it seems. But not for too long or they'll recover and attack again. Also doesn't seem to work with particularly fierce enemies, who attack even when weak and bleeding.


I was at level 7, so was the elk bull, forgot to note the enregy this time. My hp was around 24, I think?

lvl 7 full hp, about 90% energy. lvl 4 red fox.

was shearing on a red fox after using focus. fox ended up dazed? 

only difference I'm noticing between shear and crush so far is that crush breaks bone, maybe that lowers the prey's stats? shear seems to bleed them more consistently.

@🐺  - the reason shear gives bleed more often (far as I've figured) is that crush & latch both rely on your strength stat and will get a -1 modifier if you have low strength, but shear doesn't rely on that (or any stat?). crush will get a +1 mod if your strength is high enough however. just thought I'd share ^v^

oh thanks! was wondering why it was harder for me to crush. I'd figured it was more to do with the species of prey.
