Ngl this has me super excited, I can't wait to get more data on this! It will be nice to have a master list of carriers rather than relying on the same studs.

Hey-o,

Ikaiq's owner here, glad to see a resource like this being put together! Happy to help contribute, only recently discovered the scry method myself.

20 attempts and neither parent showed a mela so I could have been wrong? I’ll test my girl with MOOF again

Welcome to the crazy about mutants group! I wish I could sink my teeth into finding new carriers myself but I'm trying to be careful with how much SC I spend on scrying wolves until I have a lot more territory space and SC to spare but in the meantime I'm willing to put together this spreadsheet and help others out in finding carriers.

@Dodge - Can confirm that with the exception of Nuvua (Ikaiq's mother - so no future albinos between them) so far all wolves within my den bar the two melanism carriers (who need double testing again to be safe) have shown themselves to be non carriers. Their puppies however will need testing in the future.

@Lakaishia You can scry the puppys later, you have chance to get a real Melanism carrier if your female just showed a black one.

It would help for people to post images of their suspected positive scrying results so we can all gather around and confirm whether the wolf is a carrier or not.
