I love this idea, I wish I could have more of a role in my pup and adol's developments as they age and have the opportunity for some stat gains! huge support from me

Full support, especially for herbalists and scouting. I would love for my adols to have something to do.

I fully support this x I would love to be able to get my adols trained by my more experienced wolves before I kick out of my older/plainer wolves in favour of the new ones aging up x

Maybe an implementation could involve having an energy-consuming action? You would assign the apprentice to the mentor, and then a button would appear on the mentor's page or on the herbalist/scouting/hunting page that would be a "training" action. For example on the herbalist page. Right now the options are researching, foraging and mixing medicines. This would add a "train apprentice" action that when selected would set probably a 30 minute timer, and would take maybe 20% of both the apprentice and the mentor's bars. 

I don't know how well I'm explaining this. But hopefully you get the gist lol

def support, the idea of having to start all over with my map, herbalist, and hunting party is daunting. Mentoring adols would really help

i love this!! but rather than it being like retiring your lead/picking an heir, i feel like maybe it should be more like the lioden training system for adolescents, where you can send them off together. And there should be a training cooldown for herablists so that yu can't like, immediately have a full herbalist when your old one dies. But for, say, scouts, the apprentice should take up one of your scouting slots so that you still have only 2.
