I adore this suggestion, from a lore perspective too.

It'd be great to give my younger pack members something to do other than laze around and eat up food. I mean, they're pretty and all, but I like being able to do stuff with my wolves. No idle paws in my pack.

In Lioden you could assign an adol to join an adult when scouting or hunting so they could gain experience that would be given when grown up - a major stat boost.

It would be nice if something similar could be done here to allow an adol to gather experience that, when they become an adult, could turn into a smaller stat boost than Lioden, but also give them a little proficiency boost. The stats and prof boost would be determined by how much your adol engages in the training and how EXP they get for it before reaching 1 year old.

This is a great idea and, since my first adol after I joined EA on the first day, I've wanted to give my pups and adols something to do. I sincerely hope this is given the consideration if something is not already planned.

I support this as well. I love that this game has so much more to do, and so much more strategy. But why are the youngsters just sitting around doing nothing and eating all day? Make them work too. LOL. It would be nice to have an Herbalist Apprentice that could learn some of the recipes with the older one, and maybe have a bit of proficiency when you put her in the position when she grows up.

Support!! Gives the adolescents a job, too.

Yes please! I like the idea of adolescents being a little more useful and adding something to the pack dynamic.

Definitely 100% support! I was actually thinking about this earlier today lol. I think it would be very good to give the pups/adols a purpose because right now with all of my pups/adols, they are just sitting there doing nothing, until they finally age up.

I support this. In my opinion this makes the role assignment more "permanent" and the immersion better.

Love this suggestion so much! I have the next generation of hunters, scouts and a herbalist ready and waiting, it would have been amazing to have them being mentored by their predecessors to have some experience starting out! Perhaps personality meshing could come into play in such a mechanic too.
