As for the cool down feature, well it certainly works well as i said. It wouldn't have to be much, just that you can't re-freeze (Stone/Ice turn/Frost touched is a word i sometimes use) an individual animal til the next rl day. A free function would indeed be preferred and for now we can only dream with Hope that this'll be put in. Everyone would Love WD even more for it. I'd love to just be able to Not get overwhelmed by a massive ass pack when i just wanna do a few things for the day or at least check in on messages and such. :"D I do know the struggles with the age/skill gap and would love to be able to get a pair i want to breed on the same level so Yes. We do kinda need this... badly. Again 1k+ Support |

Adhd brain came up with an add on to this idea last night. If it were to be implemented (pretty please?) maybe the section to see frozen wolves could be another box like alongside pack dynasty, pupsitting, etc. something simple like this. Pardon the hideous art; I'm a transformers artist not a wolf artist 😂 but I imagine something like this. Like a simple running wolf icon in like ice or a crystal or something. |

I also thought of a thing where do imagine that the name should be different from frozen wolves so there's no confusion and to make it clear that this wouldn't be the immortal freezing but a lock type freeze. :"D |

Another idea may be a stone/vine cast wolf where vines or stone would be on part of the wolf icon. I know it doesn't make much sense as i'm awake early enough but perhaps i can help with edits a bit later. In my old LD lore i had the mental idea of our animals being cast in stone til RO happens and the stone breaks off or fades away. If not stone then a plant of ice/water element that'd bloom as night falls (RO time coming) wrap around an animal that'd freeze them in place til RO happened and the plant would sleep, thus releasing its hold on who it froze. |

I brought back an old Character i used to use for my LD Lore. It's nice to see her again Plus see a new one :3 These guys might be a possible idea of NPC you could meet to get this feature via quest to unlock, kinda like with Tala. Perhaps for the Lunar event? idk these two just gave me some ideas while making these concepts. Feel free to ignore me X'D The Ice flowers could be planted before the wolf and it would use its vines to wrap the individual and freeze them when the flower closes. It would unfreeze the member when it re-opens/blooms again (Works via clicking on the flower where a pop up warning would alert you and ask if you'd really want to freeze-hold your wolf) Footnote symbol: closed Ice Flower Cooldown: 1 RL day 9 Reason: It's a flower that's already bloomed and thus needs to wait til it can sleep again much like real plants The Basalisk key could be used to stone freeze the individual you want and keep hold of them til the serpent's key was used to unlock the individual via keyhole in the chest (Or clicking on the key. It'd also give a warning and ask if you want to freeze/-lock your wolf) Footnote symbol: serpent Key Cooldown: 8 RL hrs Reason: The snake needs rest before it can refreeze a wolf again as it takes a lot out of it. It's got less of a limitation than the flower but the effects could slow down the individual wolf some if used too much. Stone is hard to build up and fade so quick as well. |
