So today I RO'd and, while it was loading, I got the spontaneous blindness and twins achievements at the same time. I checked the notifications and found a big mention for the twins.

But the blind pup? Nowhere to be seen. Same for the deaf pup I've bred since making this post. Neither the birth notification nor the daily summary mentioned either of them whatsoever.

That feels like an oversight. Blindness/Deafness are/nearly are useless (which is a different topic) so they affect gameplay, and considering they're uncommon, they can easily come out of nowhere. If someone isn't alerted, it might take them a long time to figure it out. I only knew because of the achievements, which are one-time awards.

This is a very long-winded way of saying, the notifications should make a mention of pups that aren't typical. Random and genetic lethal mutations have notifications, random and genetic nonlethal mutations should as well.

Support! I know next to nothing about mutations so maybe it's normal wife pups born with albanism or melanism but I was real surprised it wasn't in the daily rollover summary or birth notification. searching for my new blind pup (especially since I have newborn stage) took a bit. Lol

Same thing happened with my deaf pup. I got the achievement, looked in the notifications and saw nothing, so I then had to go searching through each litter born that day to find it. What happens if I breed another deaf pup? I'll have no idea unless I happen to see it in the pup's info (since it's not visibly apparent like albinism/melanism AND if you have pup stages, both kinds of blindness).

edit: Ha! Two days later and I find another deaf pup in one of my litters, completely unannounced.

Support. This seems like it was omitted by accident and should already be a thing. It would be very helpful.

I would definitely prefer to be notified.  I'm editing the rest of my comment because it was based on my misremembering how chased wolves work and that they won't become NBWs as pups, since I essentially want to wipe any wolves born to me with these conditions from the game (because they're not allowed to have roles)

agreed, it should be like a section on the Puppies Born Notification, like listing "Oh this pup seems a bit different, Check them out?"  and like a shortcut to their page. 		Ellie 💕
