Aru's small victory comes to a swift end as an arrow fired from the same goblin, piercing his leg. He grunts in pain and stumbles, but he quickly shakes it off, unsheathing his dagger. Before he could throw it at the third goblin (who was starting to get on his nerves), it got struck down. "Brilliantly done once again, Vyl!" he exclaimed to his companion, changing his aim to the first goblin, closest to the fallen form of Sazen. [ Attack Goblin #1 w/ dagger, hit successful (7+4) | (1+2) Piercing Damage ] |

Goblin #1 screeches as the blade goes through it's armor, but only barely. It turns, rushing at the half-orc and stabs him with its blade. (Goblin #1 (3 - 2 AC = 1 damage)) [Attack w/ Scimitar / 8 (4+4) [SUCCESS] / 3 (1+2) - 0 AC = 3 Slashing Damage] Goblin #2 rushes at Vylxaris, yelling some kind of war cry. It swings its scimitar at her, finally slicing into her skin. It yells in triumph. [Attack w/ Scimitar / 11 (7+4) [SUCCESS] / 6 (4+2) - 3 AC = 3 Slashing Damage] Goblin #4 once again draws its bow, an arrow knocked in it. It lets it fly in the twos' direction, ignoring Sazen now that it believes he's dead. It hits Vylxaris's shoulder head on, only going in a little bit. [Attack w/ Scimitar / 8 (4+4) [SUCCESS] / 4 (2+2) - 3 AC = 1 Piercing Damage] |

Well, it looked like her luck had run out. She spat a curse at the goblins in Drudic, then ran around them, saying to Aru, "Make sure they don't get me again; I'm going to heal Sazen!" Again, the words of Cure Wounds fell from her tongue as she touched him on the forehead. It wasn't nearly enough to heal him fully, but at least he wasn't on the edge of death. You kids really need to stop dying on me. [ Casted Cure Wounds (0 Spell Slot(s) Left) / Cured 5 HP On Sazen (1 + 2 + 2) ] |

Finally Sazen was able to do something. He gripped his staff tightly with both hands and brought it down on goblin#4's head with all his strength. The goblin's head caved and it fell to the ground. Dead. Some of its blood got onto Sazen's clothes. Eugh. He kicked it for good measure before joining the others in their fight against the last few goblins. [Attack w/ Quarterstaff/ Critical Success (19+3)22/ (12+2)14 Bludgeoning Damage] |

Basil calmly snuck up on Goblin #2, Battleaxe in hand. He attempts to cut through the Goblin's left arm to disable any attacks it might try. He realized it would've been better to aim for the neck or something.. but then he'd miss all of the fun. The Goblin's left arm drops, oozing Goblin blood. "Yuck, Goblin blood." Basil decided to chop its head clean off, pulling out a cloth rag and cleaning the blood off of his Axe and Face. [Attack w/ Battleaxe / Success (16+2)18/ (7+2) 9 Slashing Damage] |

The half-orc heard two of the goblins fall, and focused his sight on the very first beast, the one that nearly felled him. Feeling his chest swell with rage, he leapt forward, despite having no weapons on him. As he pulled his arm back to throw a punch at the goblin's face, it let out a wail, wheeling around and trying to flee. He felt a stab of pity in his stomach and softened his blow at the last second, aiming for its shoulder instead. As his knuckles made contact with its shoulderblade, it flew into the thicket, howling. Satisfied, Aru brushed his hands together, a proud grin on his face. "Good job, everyone!" He said, turning to the team. He was in surprisingly high spirits despite bleeding out. [ Attack Goblin #1 w/ fist, hit successful (20+4) | (3) Bludgeoning ] |

The elf rolled her eyes at Aru's flash of mercy but surprisingly did nothing. She calmly (despite the blood running from her shoulder and arm) put away her bow, and put the arrow in her fingers back to her quiver. Vylxaris gave a look at Basil, narrowed her eyes, and said, "We should rest up. Y'know before you bleed out and die," she looked at Arugash and Sazen "since I don't have enough magic to cure you." Again. She sighed softly and said, in Elvish, "So. Where the hell were you Basil? We could've needed your help." Vyl raised her arms to encompass the bloodied battlefield. Her glare was dangerous. |

He looked at Vyl awkwardly, casually stumbling forward. "Where the hell was I? Haha, Just the local pub..." He had a huge grin on his face, partially wasted. Somehow he managed to stand up straight. He cautiously walked closer to Vyl, then in Elvish, he said "are you... short?" |
