Artum's Lead

Your feet tread lightly on the lush grass that seems to cover every inch of ground in this forest.
It's health seems almost unnatural.
As your gaze wanders around, taking in all that this new place has to offer, you don't notice another wolf appearing between the trees.
When he steps out of their shadows and into the rays of the sun that break through the leafs here and there, your eyes can't help but be drawn to him.
His pelt looks like fallen autumn leaves with golden spots that are highlighted by the sun, whereas his eyes are dark, the puils barely visible.
He looks like he juust stepped straight out of a different season, his autumn to the forest's spring, and there is something unsettling about him.
You stare at each other for a moment, before he breaks the silence.
"A traveler, are you?" He more states than questions but you nod regardless and offer your name.
He dips his head as well. "Welcome to the territory of the Fleight Pack. I am Artum, the current head of the pack."
Introductions out of the way, he smiles before turning and beckoning you to follow.
"Come on, you're gonna love it." His voice is full of conviction and you can't help but follow behind him.
Maybe curiosity doesn't just kill cats?

Miv(imesy)'s Lead

SpoilerThe sun is bright as you wander around beneath dense trees, sunlight breaking through here and there to paint a mesmerizing pattern on the ground.
Distracted by the dancings rays, you almost miss the wolf lying at the base of a tree near you.
Even so, you have to do a double take to be sure as they blend in with their surroundings scarily well. But you were right. The wolf has a greenish brown coat, disrupted by big patches of white fur.
Your observations are disrupted when his mismatched eyes land on your form and he yawns before lifting himself up and trotting ober to you.
"Who might you be?" he asks. His face is unreadable but his tone friendly.
You hesitate before telling him your name and reason for coming.
He nods as your explanation ends. "Well, come along then. We wouldn't turn away a visitor after all." He turns with a smirk and starts walking deeper into the woods - and you decide to follow.

Álen's Lead

SpoilerSunlight paints spots on your fur as you walk between the trees.
You don't know where exactly you are but decide that taking a short rest under an especially big tree can't hurt. As you are lying between its roots, hidden away in the cool shadow of its trunk, you feel a presence near you - watching you.
You look around, ear moving to catch even the smallest sound, but you don't see or hear anything.
Out of the corner of your eye however, you catch glimpses of something big and dark. It seems to hide just out of sight, moving closer every time you blink.
Just when you decide to run, a wolf comes out of the thicket, closely followed by another, identical looking wolf.
They seem a bit out of breath but their faces light up when they see you.
"Hello!" One of them greets you enthusiastically but there is an undercurrent of worry in the air.
"I am Álen" the male of the two introduces himself, before you can think further on it.
"And this is my twin sister Élen." The female nods at you in greeting as well.
"We are so glad we found you. This isn't a good place to stay or even rest at. Maybe you would rather come to our pack?"
You agree to follow them, asking which pack they belong to.
"Oh, silly me, we're of the Fleight Pack. In fact, I'm its current leader." Álen says with a smile.
The rest of the journey to the dens you spend asking them questions and the atmosphere lightens with every step you take away from those trees and the place where you saw... whatever that was.

Feyr's Lead

SpoilerYour paws pad through the soft grass.
As you get closer to a small river, you see... something...in front of you but you can't quite make it out in the darkness of the night.
You keep walking and only when you reach the river, you can see, that it is a white wolf, standing on the other side, looking at you silently.
Curiously you flick your ear and tilt your head but the wolf turns around and vanishes.
Just as you are about to call after her, you hear something in the thicket to your side and whirl around to see a strong, grey wolf heading towards you.
He stops in front of you and sniffs the air.
"Who are you?" he asks.
You flatten your ears and answer him truthfully.
He nods.
"My name is Feyr. I am the Leader of the Fleight pack and this is my territory.
You are welcome to stay for a while, if you stay civil. We always welcome guests and would love to hear the tales you have to tell."
He turns around and starts walking towards the trees, before looking back at you, motioning for you to follow.
