Crowheart - Warrior - he/him - Location: CampCrowheart considered continuing to argue with Applestar, but decided it was better if he just went along with the patrol. The sooner I get this stupid patrol done, the sooner I'll be able to hunt. His stomach grumbled uncomfortably and he looked at the pitiful fresh kill pile. When Firewhisker walked over after Applestar announced the patrol, Crowheart greeted them by touching noses with them. The merge of the two Clans had made Crowheart closer with his ex-ShadowClan Clanmates. |

FERNSHADE—WARRIOR—SHE/HER— LOCATION: CAMPFernshade stomped into the clearing, still cross over her failed hunt, her once neat fur bristled with irritation. A meow from her right made her glance, and she caught sight of Applestar speaking to a patrol of warriors. Slightly embarrassed that she missed a meeting just to lose two blackbirds, Fernshade pad over curiously, interesting in what they might be discussing and shrugging away the worry that she might be intruding on something important. Her muzzle wrinkled in amusement at glancing at the grouchy Crowheart, who must've been quarreling with Applestar earlier, but kept any negative thoughts about the tom at bay. There wasn't any time to be disliking any of her clanmates. |

Stormclaw-Warrior-He/Him-Location: CampStormclaw glanced at Amberblaze, a little surprised, but he nodded in answer to her question. "Yes, Snowwhisper and I only went maybe a few fox-lengths away from camp and we were able to catch some mice that he had scented. As for the terrain, we had to be careful. It's just as tricky as Applestar mentioned, but I think it should be suitable. But we're definitely going to have to keep an eye on the apprentices." He commented, his gaze one of concern as he thought of the apprentices. Hopefully Starclan returned and led the clan towards their true forever home, one where the terrain wasn't so slick and uncertain. Stormclaw noticed Crowheart and the other former Shadowclan warriors that Applestar had assigned to the patrol. He gave them a nod of greeting. He had also been a former Shadowclan cat and so he had grown up amongst them, but he had never felt close with most of the warriors of Shadowclan due to his kittypet heritage. However, Honeysong and Redstorm had taught him manners and how to be a true Shadowclan cat. He sighed and gave a small twitch of his whiskers. He needed to stop referring to himself and the others as former Shadowclan cats, their new clan couldn't be faced with divisions. Especially not in such trying times, it was an adjustment for everyone to have joined as one clan. |

Snowwhisper - Warrior - he/him - Location: CampHe smiled down at the small cat, hope filling in him as he saw the light in the apprentice's eyes. "Unfortunately, we'll be staying here ptaching up and reinforcing some of the dens." He took a look around, seeing what he could use. "Before we do that we need to find supplies that would provide shelter or support and stability; large leaves, rocks, sticks, reeds." His eyes lit up, their new camp was right in front of a lake, surely there's be reeds. "Reeds! That's it, Newpaw let's check closer to the lake, we can gather a bunch of them. We can also collect moss, dry it out, and use it as a den cover. The river is still a part of the camp, as long as we don't get too close to the water, it should be fine." He began to make is way, making sure that Newpaw was following him. |

Crowheart - Warrior - he/him - Location: CampCrowheart glanced over at Stormclaw. He wasn't nearly as friendly towards the other ex-ShadowClan warrior due to Stormclaw's kittypet heritage. His parents, well, mostly his mother, since his father had died when he was a young kit, had taught him that kittypets were inferior to Clan cats. He sniffed disdainfully as he looked Stormclaw and the ex-ThunderClan warriors up and down. "Are we going to wait here all day?" he muttered impatiently. |

Amberblaze - Warrior - She/they - Location: Camp"Good, hopefully the prey stays good. I know u didn't go far, but it seems promising to me. As for the terrain, it's definitely something I think we will all have to be used to before feeling safe taking apprentices out. A very watchful eye can still miss the smallest of mistakes which can lead to the biggest of accidents," Amberblaze conceded. Her head lifted as she heard Crowheart mutter to himself offering him nothing but a huff in response. They fought the urge to roll their eyes at the impatience of the warrior; it was almost like he was an apprentice so impatient to be going out for the first time. |

HeatherStump - Medicine Cat - He/They - Location: CampHeatherStump frowned slightly at her question. He certainly did not need permission to do his job, especially if they were only just outside of camp. But he saw the look of panic and sighed, deciding not to voice his opinion. "Sure." He said, shooting her a small smile before doubling back towards AppleStar. Another phantom pain shot through his missing back right paw, but he just gritted his teeth and bore it as he limped over to the ex-Thunderclan leader. "Hello, AppleStar." He greeted, "I was wondering if I could take FadedPaw just outside of camp to do some herb gathering. We wont stray far." He added, but most of the look on his face said he just wanted to do his job and wouldnt listen even if AppleStar said no. He knew the leader also knew him well enough to know he needed to get his daily herb gathering in or the stagnancy of living without half of his leg would kick in and he'd sink into a dark state of being. "So?" He pushed, head tilting slightly. |

|| Sparrowsong - Queen - She/Her - Location: Makeshift Nursery ||The makeshift clan had began to grow tense, unhappy with Applestar's words. Sparrowsong ignored them, waiting quietly and patiently for Mosskit to fall asleep properly. Leaving the kit covered by the moss she had found upon entering camp, the queen stretched and moved towards the pale sunlight, blinking at the change. A glance back, making sure Mosskit would be warm, and she slowly moved towards the small stream running through the glade. The rocks around it were slippery, a sharp hiss accompanied by a small splash as one paw landed in the almost frigid water. Half crouched, feeling rather unstable, she dipped her head to lap at the cold water. Perhaps she ought to help hunt.... but then Mosskit would be cold.... the hunters would be fine. It'd be fine. |

I can't try and make myself useful. Her green eyes rested on Heatherstump, StormClan's medicine cat. that's someone i could help. She pad on soft paws over to him, slightly brushing them with her tail to alert her presence. "you don't mind if i gather herbs with you, do you? I er.. I need something to do." She wrinkled her nose, feeling a bit shy under the gaze of Applestar AND Heatherstump. Two high ranks! What was she thinking? |

Stormclaw-Warrior-He/Him-Location: CampStormclaw flattened his ears at Crowheart's attitude, but he knew he should have been used to it by now. He had had to work twice as hard to earn his place in Shadowclan. His adoptive parents had told him he would need to prove that he had the right to be a warrior as well and he had. He didn't care what others thought or how they acted towards him. And now he would prove he was a good warrior for their new clan. He glanced back at Amberblaze, having heard them and he nodded in agreement. "When should the patrol head out?" He asked curiously. Newpaw-Apprentice-She/her-Location: CampFor a second Newpaw felt downhearted, staying in camp didn't sound all that exciting. But helping build the clan a somewhat stable home and fixing up their dens was very important. Newpaw lifted her tail excitedly, her eyes wide at the thought of helping the clan. She listened to her new mentor and nodded in agreement. "Okay! I'm coming!" She exclaimed cheerfully as she followed after Snowwhisper. |
