And I love red too! )) Karlie's eyes went wide, and he took a step back. He waited for James to turn the corner and then grabbed his wrist, walking straight back to the dorms. He felt James pull his hand away, so he turned around. "What the hell do you think you're doing?! Do you have any idea how reckless that was?!" He snapped, trying to keep his voice down since they were still pretty close to they alleyway. "What the fuck did you get from them?!" He demanded, gesturing towards James' pocket with the baggie inside. |

Really? I love it so much and I don't know why)) James nearly had a heart attack when Karlie grabbed his wrist. But when he recognized it was him, it only made it worse. He tried to pull away from him. "It doesn't matter." He huffed, " Let go of me." He said, his voice quiet but still kinda loud. He hadn't known that Karlie had followed him, and now....his how college career was at risk since Karlie had saw something he should not have seen. |

Karlie was absolutely terrified for James, though he knew the other wouldn't buy that. He turned and put his hands on the other's shoulders, his grip fairly tight. "James, I don't care what you were doing here tonight. You could've gotten yourself hurt-- Or worse! I get that you don't know me that well, but please- Don't do that again! You scared the absolute shit out of me!" He gritted his teeth, running a hand through his hair. "Whatever they're selling, it's not worth dying over! You could be expelled for this, not to mention thrown in fucking prison!" Karlie had no intentions of ratting him out, but he needed to make sure the point was clear. |

James looked down, avoiding looking him in the eyes. "I won't get expelled..." He muttered. He kept his gaze down, almost like HS was nervous to look him in the eyes. "Plus... I-it doesn't matter." He muttered again as he tried to pull away from Karlie's grip, swallowing nervously. "B-besides, I don't need your worry..." He said finally looking up and looking Karlie. At this point, he was absolutely terrified for James. "James, please don't pull away. You look like you haven't slept in days, you're out here buying who knows what, and you're putting your entire college career at risk! You say you don't need my worry, but if I don't, then apparently no one will." His tone was serious, and his grip was still firm. "Just come back to the dorm. I'm not going to try and stop you from making your own choices, but I don't want you getting arrested for them! Fucking hell, man." He tried not to freak him out, worried he might try to run or something. |

James swallowed and he stopped trying to pull away for a moment. He closed his eyes and shook his head, " I-I don't need your worry or concern." He muttered. " After this semester, i'm done with college. I would have finished my promise then I can finally just do nothing." He muttered before he tried to pull away again. " S-so just let me go." He kept his gaze down now, terrified to look up at Karlie. He knew he wanted to help, but James didn't want help. |

Promise? Nevermind. That's none of my business. Karlie sighed, bending down and just picking James up. He threw him up onto his shoulder and then started walking back towards the dorms. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. It's late, and you're being difficult." He groaned, hearing the other's protests. He could feel just how thin James truly was, and he had almost no trouble picking him up. He was pretty much made of air at this point, and that only scared Karlie more. Though, he tried not to show it. Once they got back to the dorms, he went inside. Karlie had to bend down when walking through the doorway to make sure he didn't hit the other's head, but it didn't really matter. He set him down in the living room and stepped back, knowing that he probably shouldn't have done that. "I'm sorry, alright? I've tried to leave you alone, but that apparently means that you'll try to get yourself arrested." Karlie raised a hand and ran it across his face. He wasn't sure how the other would react, but he was too tired to care at this point. |

The whole way to the dorm, James had tried to get out of Karlies grip. It was childish, being thrown over someone's shoulder and it was really embarrassing. After a while, he realized he wasn't going to be able to get free, he finally just....gave up. The moment Karlie set him down in the living room, he glared at him. His face was a little red from being embarrassed and he stepped away from him. "I don't know who you think you are. B-but I want nothing to do with you." He snapped, trying to sound angry but his voice was wavering to much. "Stay the hell away from me a-and leave me alone." |

He could hear the cracks in James' tone, and his voice was still wavering. Karlie was starting to feel bad, but he didn't want to piss him off more by trying to say anything. He stepped forward and wrapped his arms loosely around the other, just in case he wanted to pull away. Karlie wasn't going to force him into anything, but it was clear that this dude needed a fucking hug. "You can have nothing to do with me in the morning. I'll leave you alone after this, I promise." He sighed, growing sleepier by the second. After a few moments, Karlie stepped back. He didn't say a word as he walked towards his room. He went in and closed the door behind him, not looking back. If James wanted to be left alone, then Karlie would just have to respect that. He ended up falling asleep almost as soon as his head hit the pillow. Though for him, there were no dreams that night. |

James was shocked by the hug....He ended up just standing there as Karlie hugged him. He hadn't been hugged in so long the touch was almost foreign to him at this point. He swallowed as he watched Karlie leave and go into his room. James said nothing as he slowly turned towards his own room and closed the door behind him. He knew he wasn't gonna be able to sleep at all but the good news was that tomorrow was Saturday.. Meaning the college students could all have a free day. Most people were excited by that. They would gather their friends and go do stuff. James would just stay in his room, he had no reason to come out of the room anyways. The night was field with no sleep for James....but he managed to fall asleep for about an hour.. |
