"So, how do you like it so far..?" I yawned, sitting up. I rotated in a circle and sat down again, not noticing I had accidentally made the gap between us shorter. What is wrong with you?! Why would you move closer?! Is it too late to move.? Or would that just make things more awkward?! I said then I did something dumb and I leaned forward and licked her shoulder twice and nuzzled her cheek. Subconsciously I had sent marked her oh my star clan I sent marked her "I'm so sorry it's a habit." I went to get up before I embarrassed myself more but I felt her paw grab mine and she mewed |

I honestly thought nothing of it, but she still seemed fairly embarrassed. "Well, I have to get back to camp, they'll be wondering where I am by now. You and Storm can get settled. But remember, don't come to camp, I'll come here at sunset every day to check up on you two, but if the clan catches you, there's no way I can cover for you guys." I started, then paused. "Just- Be careful?" I continued, standing up to leave. |

"Oh she'd better be! I don't know how you put up with that furball every day!" I laughed. I picked myself up and wandered off through the woods to my camp. Well today has been NOTHING like what I thought it was gonna be... Then again, it wasn't all that bad.. I guess. When I got back to camp, no one really questioned where I had been. The most attention I got for it was a few odd looks from the others who had been on our patrol. I went to my nest in the warriors' den, and drifted off to sleep. Woooooo~Woosh :] // TIME SKIP // It had been almost a full moon since Storm and Dove had arrived. I've gone to visit them late at night every day. Storm still despises me a decent amount, but Dove and I are pretty comfortable with each other by now. Tonight, however, was different. I wandered into the small clearing and was expecting to see Dove waiting for me, but instead I found Storm. She was laying in the sand and didn't seem to notice my entrance. "Hey, Storm!" I called to get her attention. She turned to face me and responded .. |
