Wolvden Trick-or-Treat!

I could be wrong but I think you're still supposed to give someone when you trick them? At least I did last year when I did this event. Like it's a less good item like a feather, but still something?

Otherwise someone could just "trick" everyone, give nothing, and get a bunch. That doesnt seem very in the spirit

Yeah I thought so too, I've only treated people because my lead is nice haha but I've also had a few people trick me and give me something too. But then maybe I'm misunderstanding something because some people haven't? Idk 🤷

When I tricked I gave the same level of items, I gave decent items. And when ive been tricked its been decent items, the items are more fitting to the trick. like the example of acorns being dropped on you, a bunch of acorns. or bloody carcasses, you give food? like idk it just seems odd to me that someone wouldnt give.

I've only done one trick so far since I have a nicer lead, he tried to scare a scarier wolf than him by putting on a glitchy custom decor, which he threw on the ground eventually and I gifted the trick-or-treater the decor he dropped. I was under the impression you had to give something no matter if it was a treat or trick?

i've only been treating as well- My lead is a nice wolf so i try to give something nice. (also have no idea for tricks)

Sorry I've been missing out ~ real life keeps dragging me away. I finally turned off my Lights.
Trying to catch up a bit now. I haven't had anyone trick me by not sending a treat, but it may happen yet.

I'm only doing treats too.

I've only been treating so far, may do one or two tricks but I'll make sure to give something! The one person who's tricked me so far didn't send anything so I was under the impression a gift wasn't to be added haha (no hate, I'm sure they had similar misconceptions)

I choose a pup each day and have him go around trick-or-treating with a special message that fits them.

A question: you are not supposed to treat someone who "opened the door" back, right?
Just wait for them to come to your door?
(I got some really good things and would hate to seem ungrateful!)

I haven't tricked yet but will certainly gift something there too. Maybe less? Or something that "looks" bad?

@ Sunny. I have set replies based on 1 pup, 2, or multiple depending on the T-or-T message I receive, then I tailor it a bit to the pup/s sent. It just takes a few minutes to edit.
You'll see when you send a trick-or-treater my way.

I remember seeing this around Lioden a few years in a row, but funnily enough I've never taken part before. I'm gonna take the plunge and finally give this a shot!

My lights are on if anyone wants to shoot me a message. I'm excited to see how this goes!
