I support this. It really frustrates me to see 400 SC for a single golden cone!

So if we will start selling GC for 75 sc each, they will be crazily bought out no result. I only saw trades like "LOWER THE GC PRICE" with 50 SC in it and a 1 gc buyout option.

So like one player did to make the price higher, they just bought TONS of gc and sold them for 400 sc each. People had to buy and the other traders ascended the price aswell

Yeah, I've tried to sell GC for 250 as a start, however they're sold out in seconds.

We completely agree! GC is way too expensive at the moment in our opinion.

Unfortunately, as much as I support this idea of lowering the GC price, I just don't think it would be possible. The market would just buy the cheap GC and continue to resell them at the 350-400 SC range. Unless the devs and mods somehow get involved with this, I think the prices will just continue to go up.

The only way I can see it working is if people are able to sustain that GC price over time to show that it isn't going anywhere. But with the sheer amount of SC people have on hand to buy it out, I don't know if that's really possible.
It would require boatloads of GC, not to mention the amount of individual trades that would need to be made to beat out the current prices. It could work if it was a combined effort, rather than a single person either spending hundreds of dollars on GC or gathering it through other means.
There's also the issue of this will 100% effect other in-game markets. If GC is no longer worth 300-400 SC other people in say, the art forum will have to completely rework their prices. It really devalues something like a 10 GC wolf or item if I know it's only worth 2500 SC or, with the suggested price, a whopping 750 SC. Which is easily earnable in a couple days by a new player, let alone a veteran/experienced player with resources to burn. This also raises the price of a couple of the herbs I sell to a whole 2 GC
So this could lead towards inflation for valuable item prices

I think one of the major reasons the GC price has (and will continue to) rise in the current economy, is its inaccessibility. Selling wolves just isn't a viable option, especially for new players. And other than that, selling items isn't too good either. I personally think for the time being, devs should implement a resale cap on GC somewhere between 350-400 and slowly try and let the economy re-adjust and level out, and slowly keep working the resale cap down to somewhere reasonably low, but not too low. Personally, I'd put that optimal price somewhere between 200 & 300 SC
This is all just food for thought
