(I don't mind whichever, sorry for the late respose I saw the eye apps and I WANT them so I was exploring and battling the lunar LOL. But yeah, I don't mind! If you want Inuk rushing home, Flutter will leave to home (she feels unsure all alone out there) but if you want her to go along they might go a little slower due to her not really running)

Gotcha and so was I lol, I love the new backgrounds too)

As Inuk and Flutterfoot hovered still around the gathering place, there was no sign blue was still here, but a faint scent in the direction of his home. Inuk was torn between heading straight after him and the fact she was now almost home. She thought for a moment before turning to Flutterfoot. "I believe Blue made his way back to your territory, and wherever his mind is right now, we will figure it out. But I think.. I think I need to return home for a moment, and come back very shortly with some aid of my own."
Inuk gazed contently to the elder and pointed her muzzle towards the territory of the WingedWolves. "Why don't you continue after him, by the time I rush back, you'll already have arrived, Blue needs your help"  Inuk shifted with concern. "I promise I won't be long! But I need to return home to my packmates" Inuk quickly went to the spot in the grass, and hoisted her carrier back over her haunches, prepared for an exhausting run.

Flutter whined when she said that. Her? Head back? Alone?? She couldn't even fight!! What was she gonna do...? But Inuk was really hurried, and Flutter couldn't talk, so she helped Inuk with her carrier, defeated. She sighed, and then looked around anxiously. Now what? what if... What if an enemy appeared?? Could she die that way? Couldn't she? She whined again, and she was scared, but she tried to hang on to the words of the other wolf, the strong one; go back home. Did she really think Flutter could make it? All on her own? Once again, she whined, looked around anxiously, and then started to slowly head home. She was slower than usual, as her fear really slowed her down. She held on tight to the herbs in her mouth that she gathered on this trip, as a safeguard (if that's the right word).

Inuk smiled as the elder helped her place her carrier, and Inuk couldn't help but feel worried as Flutterfoot seemed anxious. Inuk didn't even think she of all wolves would be so nervous, Flutterfoot to her, was the strongest wolf she'd met there, not entirely that of brute strength, but of capability. "I know you'll make it home alright, I believe no wolf would harm a helpless elder on her way home. Besides.. a wolf with abilities such as yourself can offer up a good distraction. On my way back, I'll be closely following behind your trail" Inuk came up to the elder and placed her head against hers. As if to wish her well. "I'll be back soon Flutterfoot!"
With that, Inuk gazed one more time before quickly going in to a sprint to reach home as soon as possible. She was almost home, and she had to head all the way back as well. She ran faster than she'd had in a while, and every few minutes, she'd howl calling out to her packmates, as well as hoping Flutterfoot would hear her as well.

Flutter, out of reflex, recoiled and flinched when the younger wolf reached for her. But then she noticed what she was doing and stepped back forward, allowing it, but also still worried with a small, high whine as she closed her eyes when feeling the other fur on hers.
Flutter, in brute strenght... well she had none. No strenght. So as to say, she was really worried. Bears were a big problem too in this territory. They'd hurt anyone of their pack.... And Flutter wasn't so sure about Inuk's belief. Would no one hurt an elder on her way home? They hurt a helpless human... multiple times! Why not a wolf?
Flutter was on her way home slowly, when she kept hearing howls. She dared not howl back if it was any other wolf, but she was in doubt wether she should call out to this wolf even, as an enemy might hear her too... Maybe she could emit energy instead? no, too dangerous. Instead, she just stayed low and tried to sneak back home.
It took her very, very long, but eventually, she made it. She was greeted by Coco, who was on guard duty. They didn't always have a guard there, but she was bored, so she started to try and be useful and do something productive instead of lazing about. Coco worried about the anxious wolf, but let her through without questions. This was one of their own.
When Flutter was home, and found Blue, she realized that Inuk was going the wrong way. So she closed her eyes and focused. Again, they emited a blue energy that peeked through. She focused on the very being of Inuk's spirit, until she saw Inuk, where ever she was and whatever she was doing. She'd see it, from a third person point of view, with the energy blurring the edges and putting a blue-ish filter on the middle inside of the edges. Yes, there she was... now Flutter had to guide her here.
She just hoped Inuk was okay with this... But if she wasn't, she could always deny the energy.
And so, what happened to Blue, happened to Inuk. It was from a distance, so it was a little more vague, and now it was more of a request. A request for Inuk to accept the energy. Each wolf felt it differently, but hopefully this won't feel dangerous or something. It more feel like a gentle tug, spiritually.

As Inuk hurried and panted along her way home, she gazed upon mountains and trees as she felt energized, happy to be so close. She howled once more to her fellow packmates before she could spot many figures emerging from the rocks and caves by the river. Alas! There they were. And just as she made it home and galloped to greet them, She slowed down, coming to a mere trot as she lowered her head as the air changed. If as though there was someone else with her.. just then.. she could see a very faint and translucent trail along the edges of the ground. Was that Flutterfoot?..
Inuk came to a hault as she examined this new sense. Flutterfoot was communicating, was guiding her. But where too? Wasn't she home? Of course she was Inuk knew this territory.. had she found Blue?
Inuk walked slowly sniffing the trail and in her own way, acknowledged Flutterfoot's presence but was slightly confused. She sat for a moment almost awaiting another response from the elder, she wanted to hear Flutter's guidance. She looked around hastily trying to look where Flutter was guiding her.

There was a blue, swirly trail leading Inuk. As soon as Inuk acknowledged Flutter's energy, it had appeared, but except for the slow swirling, it stood still. Flutter was fine with Inuk doing whatever she was gonna do. Flutter was safe, had found Blue, who was also safe, and seeing as Inuk was surrounded by many wolves, she assumed that the other wolf was safe too. She had indeed found Blue, and wanted to let Inuk know that, so just in case she didn't know their den, Flutter had put out the trail for her to follow back to the den to find Blue. The energy wouldn't tug a single time anymore, patiently waiting for Inuk to finish and start following the trail. Even if she did, it wouldn't tug anymore, just move a little excitedly in swirls.

Inuk nodded as the trail appeared, a quick and safe way to hastily follow back to Blue's pack. It certainly would save her some time, the regular way had many twists and cliffs to climb over, this new found shortcut would make it so Inuk could return to their territory even quicker. She smiled, as she sensed that Flutterfoot already knew her thoughts. Before she looked again to the trail, she turned back to see her packmates running to greet her! A large, muscular pecan female with silver adornments, a flamed-furred male with flowers all weaved into his fur, and a smaller beautiful birch coloured female.
Inuk trotted and placed her head firmly on Caeden's. The small birch female. She swirled around her gave her many licks and kisses. "You're finally home! We've heard your distant howls, and weren't sure if you were still at the leader's meeting. We began to worry." Inuk gazed at her loving mate, and placed her carrier down. "It is a long story, I've been gone for quite a few days, and I've come to meet personally, one of the packs from the gathering. I've been spending time with them, and they possess many kinds of spiritual abilities. But they have more among them than I had anticipated.. I will tell you everything soon." Caeden shot her mate a confused yet eager look, as though she wanted he to explain everything right now, but a Inuk looked as though she was in a rush.
"Unfortunately.. my return home is short lived for the moment. I have a friend who's in potential peril and I need to return the them. But I won't be going alone." Inuk lowered her head to her packmates. "But you've only returned! But I understand.. come dear, come." Caeden led their leader back to the dens and burrows. Hawke and Finche, followed with them. Many wolves came from beyond the dens entrances, but not all, as Inuk knew they'd be out on patrols and hunts. A very dark female with leather accessories and talismans came forward. "You're home, we've anticipated your return with the howling. Dahmahaw tells me you've been needed out there, are you returning now?" Chemukh questioned as Inuk walked in. She came up and rubbed against her side in a greeting. "Hello my dear Chemukh, I suppose you've been kept informed? I'm glad. Yes, but I won't be gone for as long. I'll be heading there and returning shortly."
"I know very well you've kept the pack in order in my absence." Caeden came up again to take the carrier from Inuk's shoulders to bring it to Finche, their herbalist. Inuk nodded and gave everyone a warm greeting. "Chemukh, Caeden, I'm leaving you in charge once more" She turned to her daughter Hawke. "Hawke, I'd like for you to join me this time" The large female came up and firmly nodded, determined for the travel. "Of course, mother. What am I to expect when we arrive?" Inuk gave a look. "They will be wary, you're a strong and confident wolf, so I'd like for you to stay near me, incase they feel a little threatened. But I'm taking you for a reason. That being incase there is trouble we need to deal with. Inuk said firmly, and just as she said that, she stood back up to say a quick farewell to her loved ones. "Be safe!" Called out Caeden and Finche, Caeden not being particularly fond with her early departure. "I will be back soon" Inuk found the same trails, and gave a short explanation to Hawke before following them, Hawke standing firmly on guard the whole time.

Meanwhile in the den, Blue had fainted briefly, and woke up in a den. Wh.....where was he? How-
He sat up briefly, and whined.
''hey... Hey shush... it's alright, it's okay...''
Nellie arose too, from the wall of the den and walked towards him, stroking his head. ''You alright? Need some water? Anything else?''
Blue whined again, and bowed his head. Nellie... This... This reminded him of something... when he... when he was a puppy.. But he digressed, and just leaned briefly onto Nellie, who chuckled. ''Whoa, I guess that means cuddles!'' she laughed, and relieved, she started to hug him back. Blue, out of sheer happiness, started to lick Nellie, and wag his tail.
But... he recoiled all of a sudden... Where was he?!
''It's alright,'' another voice then said, and a wolf walked into the cave. It was Heather. ''You're in the den. Something brought you here... well, if that something is yourself I guess.''
''Heather!'' He said, rolling out his tongue and wagging his tail. ''You're awake!''
Heather smiled shyly. ''Yeah.... I guess... Still a little.. I dunno.''
Blue nodded. ''I'm sorry about what-''
''No, no need,'' she shook her head. But in all honestly, she didn't really wanna hear it. Blue just nodded his head too, and looked at Nellie again.
''Well,'' Heather said, ''I'll leave you to it then.''
Blue just nodded, and Heather walked out, on which Blue kind of awkwardly turned back towards Nellie, slowly wagging his tail.

Meanwhile, Coco was still on 'guard duty' and she was getting bored again. It was great the den was so well hidden, but why did nothing happen around here?! She sighed. She was bored, went on to do something that wasn't even real to have something to do, and then nothing happened, making her even more bored!! Now what?!

a few hours passed as Inuk and Hawke made their way along Flutterfoot's path, it seemed to grow fainter the longer they were out there, Inuk looked around to see familiar landmarks, ones she'd seen and observed when Dante first led her to their home. Hawke seemed to trot quicker than Inuk ran, as she was quite a large female, she'd intimidated many wolves in scuffles, but she wasn't one to look for a fight. Inuk stayed in the lead, trying to make the best of the glowing trail in front of her. As she observe, they were much closer than she'd anticipated. Flutterfoot's shortcut was really effective, and it was one Inuk would use from now on. She was glad this new path was discovered, and she was relieved Flutter's message exclaimed Blue was safe.
Hawke came up and matched Inuk's pace, running beside her. "I smell wolves. Are we close?" Inuk looked at her daughter. "Yes we are, We're almost there thanks to Flutterfoot. I want you to stay behind me, that way they'll see me and know we're not intruders. Inuk gave Hawke a gentle nudge as the roughed up female lagged behind a bit and nodded. She didn't look the friendliest either. But  Inuk wanted her here.
The path now was almost completely vanished, and Inuk knew the home entrance was just up ahead. She thought perhaps if she howled, they'd recognize it was her, and someone would come to greet them before she waltzed straight in to the den circle. Inuk slowed down, simply trotting and lifted her head, howling deeply to announce her arrival, stating help was here, and she now walked, approaching the tree line which marked the entrance.
