Add safeguard for leaving puppies of 5½ at the Enclave

Randomizing the time when pups are entered in the enclave so that they're spaced throughout the day would also make it harder to abuse option 3 by having a friend reclaim your pup. But yeah, if option 3 is added then people shouldn't be able to enclave a pup more than once.

I don't see why anyone would abuse option 3, there's no gain to it (except maybe pup training? which seems like an easy fix) and even if they tried it someone would inevitably get to the pup before the friend. Just seems like kind of a strawman argument to me and I think staff are more likely to go for option 2 regardless

Even though abuse is theoretically possible, I don't think it's likely for a couple of reasons:

1. It's risky. Like Kaz said, if it's a desirable pup (stats/base/lineage) then every day you enclave the pup you're running the risk of it being snatched up by someone else. And if it's not a desirable pup why would you bother?

2. It's a pain in the ass. To minimize risks from #1, you'd need your friend on at RO every day to wade through RO lag, scroll through dozens of pages of pups, and grab your pup asap. It's an inconvenient time for USA players, and even for overseas players, they'd need to be there exactly on time every day.

However, if devs are still concerned, they could put in place a trade limit for new adoptees: "This wolf has been adopted today and will not be able to be traded or gifted until its next rollover."

Freezing a pup can exploited for preserving the pup as replacement for limited roles such as lead, stud, scout, hunter or herbalist, to let the old one do their job till the end of their life while the new one starts younger than supposed to.

In Development Update #8, a restriction was implemented that wolves from owners who haven't rolled over yet cannot be traded/gifted till the next rollover. Staff acknowledged that as inconvenience and I was wondering why they did this. The only reason seems to be preventing this freezing exploit. Before, you could put wolves you wanted to freeze on trade. When rollover comes, your friend rolls over and buys out the wolves then you roll over. In result, the wolves don't age because neither you or your friend rolled over with these wolves. You could repeat this everyday, freezing the wolves indefinitely while playing the game actively. As mentioned, this reason you called kind of a strawman argument seems to be the only reason for this inconvenient restriction. I thought it was worth pointing out to prevent further restrictions that could result from this option.

A pup which comes from the Enclave is the same as when enters and changes on family page don't affect gameplay so I thought fix so simple like restriction to send the pup not more than once wouldn't be implemented but I might be overthinking.

Risk factor may truly discourage some players from abusing this exploit but it's unlikely to prevent every single player from trying to pull off this trick, who may use various attempts to reduce the risk such as hiding any desired base under markings with Base Applicators or begging to give the pup back from somewolf who snatched it. Ideas should be absolutely free of exploits.

Implementing aforementioned restriction to adopted pups might be inconvenient for those who adopt pups with an intention to re-sell them, especially 5½ month old ones which most likely lose value when becoming adol.
