Survivor was used to starving, but now that his tummy was full, the hunger comes in more painful the next day. He crawls out during the night until he finds an anthill.

Those are edible, right?

They were not edible. Not at all.

Survivor now has a 10% Survival Chance

Starlight had made her way back to her little burrow after the encounter with Aut, the scene flashing through her mind again. She tried to sleep the night away but was awoken constantly for fear of the being found again, the fear of maybe having to kill(accidental) again.

She, thankfully, made it through the night with little to no sleep. She stretched and got up, trotting to the entrance of her burrow and poking her head out. Her stomach grumbled loudly, the hunger gnawing at her. Since the Feast, the hunger hits deeper and more painful, wanting that warm - full feeling of a full belly again. She sighed and ventured out into the woods to try and find something to eat.

After a unexpected boost, Starlight is now at 14% Survival Chance.

Tymora spent hours just lying on the ground in her cave being as quiet as she could. That had been horrifying. She was just glad she hadn't been found. Hadn't been killed. But she couldn't stay here anymore. Dehydration was getting to her, the puppy would need to go and find some water soon.

Still, she'd rather stay in the cave. What if she met one of the other contestants? She didn't want to kill anyone, but she didn't want to get killed either. Taking a deep breath Tymora made herself get up and start moving out of the cave. If she got attacked she wouldn't be a victim. No, if someone attacked her she'd fight back. And she would win!

Tymora has a 21% Survival chance.

Flavor:

Only one boulder fell today, but the survivors were getting stronger. By now, they'd developed daily routines to keep them focused and busy. Although it seemed to be the same things over and over again. Hunt, scavenge, feed, drink, repeat.

Survivor from district 12 tried to eat insects, the hunger gnawing in their stomach directed their cravings toward a large ant hill. Unfortunately, the pup quickly found out that large colonies of insects do not make very good meals.

The ground shook and pebbles bounced momentarily yet again when Ashleaf, grouchy and in pain from a non-lethal snake bite, was patrolling his newly marked territory. There was hardly anything to eat, but he was getting by. His brows found themselves knitting together, and a menacing gaze flickered about his surroundings.

The district 5 male spotted nothing. Ashleaf glanced down at his paws and flexed his claws. Sir Puppington, who he'd been so terrified of during the storm yesterday, seemed to have... unlocked his bloodlust. The feeling of his claws sinking into the soft eye sockets of the other tribute combined with the loud screaming was overwhelming. A wheeze and a chuckle escaped Ashleaf. Upon realizing that he'd just laughed, he shook his head back and forth as if to rid the thoughts clouding his mind.

Ashleaf knew that he was going a tad bit crazy. It might've been the lack of food or Sir Puppington's death, he wasn't quite sure when he began to think about such things. He looked up to the sky and inhaled deeply.

That's when he heard a sharp snap!

The noise startled him into a crouching position. It was district 9's Peanut Butter. Ashleaf's lip curled as he advanced on the other tribute.

"Hello...?" Peanut Butter must've smelled him. His cover was blown. Damn. But that wasn't going to stop Ashleaf.

"Hi!" he snarled, running at Peanut Butter with all his might. Ashleaf gripped the district 9 tribute's throat until the crisp crunching noise of broken bones entered his ears. Muscles rippling and nerves practically vibrating, he flipped Peanut Butter's body upward, over, and onto the ground in one fluid arc-line motion. Still holding his neck in his jaws, Ashleaf shook his head back and forth until he was sure that the tribute was dead.

Ashleaf dropped the corpse and spat out tuffs of bloody puppy fuzz onto the ground. With that, he turned, leaving the body for the Game Master to find.

Puppy Death

Tymora wandered away from the den early this morning to get a drink of water from a nearby river. Sadly, she didn't see the well-camouflaged alligator lurking closely nearby before she was snatched away in the reptile's jaws. She has died. To see your wolf's records, visit your Dynasty.

As sad as I am, at least it fits the narrative.  Poor puppy :(

Victoria woke up slowly. With each day passing, it seems to her that the simple act of opening her eyes is becoming more difficult and tiring. This everyday battle to survive seems to never end.

But today, there is something different. The air isn't chill anymore, the snow on the ground is melting and, all around her, she can hear the small noises of critters and preys. Spring has come.

Still lying in the bush she elected as her safe sleeping space, she smiled tiredly. Maybe... maybe things will get better now. Maybe soon she would go back home.

Victoria is still alive and sitting at 4% survival chance

Survivor's recent insect bite caused an infection that couldn't be controlled. She passed away in the night. She will be greatly missed. To see your wolf's records, visit your Dynasty.

RIP Survivor. You were the lowest chance in the beginning and throughout the entire games. You fought hard to make it this far. It's more than anyone could have asked for.

Ashleaf awoke late in the day, having had a good nights rest. He set about scrounging up food for the day, keeping an eye out for any other tributes. His father would be proud of him, he thought. Surely his father would deem him fit to take over leadership of the pack. He has proven himself strong enough. Ash mused on this a moment, then shook his head. No, the Games aren't over yet. Who knows how many tributes still stand. He resolved himself to continue pressing onward.

Ashleaf lived another night and now has a survival chance of 4%.

Puppy Death

Starlight was found dead a few miles from your territory with a very deep, large wound in her side. The area smells strongly of humans - she must have disturbed a pack of humans and couldn't get away in time. To see your wolf's records, visit your Dynasty.

RIP Starlight :(

Puppy Death

Victoria's mangled body was found near a bear's den. She was visually unrecognisable, but your scout was able to pinpoint her based on her scent. To see your wolf's records, visit your Dynasty.

Now it's all in Ashleaf's paws...
