NBW base rates change per biome

I really like this idea! Including Mossfoot's addition, too. That would encourage me to explore more than in 1-2 biomes :>

Wow I completely forgot to add the biomes after class whoops fdksjgnld. I'll play around with the numbers a bit and see if I can make them make sense more though.

I'm not sure if there would be any negative implications of chased wolves being similarly sorted, I vaguely remember a few times there was drama on lioden because of people misusing the chased function or getting heated about it. I'm not The Best at thinking about those sort of implications, so someone else may be able to see an obvious issue with that. Personally, I think it would make sense that chased wolves would similarly be sorted, and probably simpler to code.

100% support. I am so sick of finding gold wolves! They're really not that attractive to me. I also enjoy having a reason to visit specific biomes for specific things.

I like this idea! It would make NBW encounters more interesting (and make it easier to encounter the colours you prefer, ie I would travel to riparian forest if there was a higher chance of me finding dark NBWs to recruit, since dark/muted bases are my faves!)

I like it!
I once attacked a wolf from the befriending screen (I needed to change biomes and they were just a regular NBW) and they were bright red or maybe dark brown, but I was in tundra, so in the battle screen they were an arctic wolf. Weird.

For the percentages, it might be good to have all shades/bases pretty balanced in the starter biomes, or at least across all starter biomes. That there wouldn't be one that beginners get less (or, on the contrary, get almost only natual-looking wolves there so there is a progression and an additional reward for exploring).

Definitely support!
It'd give another reason/motivation to explore and unlock all the different biomes. :)
