A 1 rollover period would be nice at minimum. I've have treades accepted before rollover when I wasn't online. And on more than one occasion I have lost the puppy immediately because I wasn't able to bring them back up to health - when they weren't cared for by the prior owner (understandably, they're getting rid of them). Some of those I had dished out a bit of GC for them, notably, and I was rather upset they died before I could even do anything.
