Remove Pair Bond Breeding Limits!!

I would be okay with the limit being raised, not done away with entirely. I would like to see the limit be 2 breedings monthly per 10 territory slots. With 50 slots, I currently get 7 breedings monthly. The change I'm proposing would give me 10 breedings.

But people with lower territory would have to suffer. I have 30 slots and 4 monthly breedings and I am constantly missing heats. 		𐌀𐌂𐌄_Ꝋ𐌅_𐌔𐌐𐌀𐌃𐌄𐌔

Under what I proposed, you'd get 6 breedings monthly.
