Available Bases

These are the bases I currently have available for YCH's. In addition to the examples shown here, further examples can be found in the 'Completed' folder linked below each piece item. Clean, uncoloured versions of each base can also be viewed via the 'Flat' link below each item.

I am currently accepting some applicators and items as payment - this includes everything listed on my LF Thread, as well as all event applicators. Pricing for event applicators are listed in the spoiler tab below. These are the only items I'll accept and their prices are non-negotiable.

Backgrounds are created per piece at no additional cost. You can include background details in your order, or you can leave it to me to decide. Shading will be edited per piece to match the background. Please note that Solo pieces will not have a background.

Basics

These YCHs are largely intended for wolvden wolves, but I'm happy to do OCs and such as long as you can provide a reference!

Each YWH is individually priced, and prices may be adjusted in future.
Mixed payment is fine - my current convertion rate is 1 GC = 400 SC
USD payments are accepted - conversion is approximate to 0.25 USD = 1 GC, but it may vary on some pieces. Payment taken through Paypal only.
I will accept some items for payment - this is limited to items on my LF Thread and event applicators. Values for items are as stated on the thread, values for applicators are as follows;

I'm generally happy to make edits to bases!
There's no additional charge for minor line edits or small decors, such as expression changes or scars.
Complex edits and decors cost an additional flat rate of 5 GC per piece. This may increase for multi wolf pieces [Trio, Naptime] depending on the amount of edits requested.

All YWHs come with shading and no outline as default - if you'd like no shading or an added outline, please do let me know and I'll be happy to accommodate!

How I Work

This shop is typically open for a limited time every few months. It runs in a cycle, which I refer to as a "session".

Each session will start with me opening both slots and the wait list. These will remain open for a set period of time, with the closing date being stated when the shop opens. Slots are limited, but the waitlist is not - Everyone who requests to be added before the closing date will be added. After that date, the waitlist will close to allow me to work through it. People on the waitlist will receive a DM only when I'm ready to work on their order.

The session does not end until the waitlist has been fully cleared - at which point I'll draw winners for that sessions custom commission raffle (see the bottom of this post for further info on that!). After this you can expect the shop to reopen for a new session in the following months; though the length of this downtime will depend on other projects and such.

During downtime I may make adjustments to the shop - this includes general information and layout updates, price updates, minor edits and fixes to existing bases, and the introduction of new bases. These adjustments will only ever be made between sessions, not during. This is largely to avoid confusion and conflict concerning price changes and base edits.

How to Order

Firstly, please check to see if slots or the waitlist are open!

If I have slots open, you can order a YCH either by commenting on this thread or by sending me a DM. Please fill in the order form which can be found below - if ordering multiple YWHs, please complete an order form for each! This helps me with sorting and prioritising them.

Payment must be received before I start work on your order. This can be sent via the gifting system - I won't accept until I've confirmed your order!

Once completed, you will receive a DM with a sta.sh link to download your piece(s). I also tend to add completed orders to my examples folders - these will have watermarks, but if you don't want your piece added then please let me know as such!

I aim to have orders completed within 3 days of me receiving payment, but it may take up to a week depending on my workload.

If I don't have any slots open, then you can ask to be added to the waitlist - this will be listed under slots and doesn't have a limit. You can ask to be added to this either via this thread or DM. That's all you need to do at this point! I'll work through the waitlist chronologically, and they will be priorised when new slots open up.

Depending on my workload it may take some time for me to work through the waitlist and get to you. You are not obligated to order if you're no longer interested - the waitlist is non-binding and I will not be offended! <3

Once on the waitlist, I will send you a DM when a slot becomes available. If I don't hear from you within a week I'll send you a reminder - and if I don't hear from you in a week following that, then I will assume that you're no longer interested and will remove your name from the waitlist.

If neither slots nor the waitlist are open, please subscribe to the thread to be notified when they reopen.

Custom Commission Raffle

I am currently running a raffle for a full custom commission after each session! Everyone who orders a YWH during a session will be automatically entered. This includes people on the waitlist - so everyone who gets in by the closing date will also be entered!

I typically select up to 3 winners. Winners are chosen randomly via random number generation. This is 1 entry per person (not impacted by the number of pieces purchased), and being a previous winner does not exclude you from future draws.

These commissions are subject to my standard terms and conditions for commissions, but will be entirely free of charge.

I'll pull names once all YWH orders have been cleared, and the winners will be contacted by DM!

Suggestions can be as vague or as detailed as you like, you can even link to supporting images if relevant! Please keep in mind that these suggestions are intended for this shop and should be wolf bases or otherwise site related. Additionally, these suggestions are just that - suggestions. These are to give me a general idea of what people are looking for, and specific ideas may not be used.

This can be done entirely anonymously - you do not have to leave your ID and email addresses are not being collected. However, if you do leave your ID then you can opt in to be contacted should I add a base similar to your suggestion.
