Broken pieces

"Yes, I mean, if I died no one will go looking for my corpse, I already set up an arrangement where the goats will be taken to this other farmer"
The fact he so bluntly spoke these words should be enough to indicate that the he had nearly died on numerous occasions, why else would he have a plan for his goats when he dies? It wasn't entirely normal to hear.

The forest will clear a to reveal an old cemetery with broken bones scattered about along with scattered tombstones. Hadvar didn't acknowledge it and noticed a tuff of fur sticking out near a tombstone and kept walking in the set direction.

"oh.."
She fell silent after that, looking off ahead of her as she messed with the hood of her jacket. This definitely wasn't what she expected. She wasn't fully complaining though. She had stopped talking for a good bit, and instead just tried to at-least be a little helpful by keeping ears open and that keen sense of smell on high alert, making sure to try and be the tracker she claimed to be so good at.

Athena gently bleated as she trotted over to Hadvar and bleated once more.
"No, not yet, but I will when we cuddle afterwards"
Hadvar peered down and gave a warm smile to the little goat before he froze in place then tensed. The scent of the one they were after grew with rustling of a nearby bush, sadly Hadvar wasn't in the mood to be stalked and before one could blink-he pulled a small blade from his belt and flung it in direction of the stalker who soon rested up with a howl of pain, it was a dark furred male werewolf covered in scars. The blade stuck out of his right eye.
"DAMNIT HADVAR"

She was silent the whole time, until he threw that dagger. That howl made her jump a bit, a slight dog like yelp escaping her before she went to compose herself quickly. She froze a bit, she wasn't exactly to scared, but to see another werewolf after so long put her on edge a bit.
"holy shit"
Was basically all the albino could get out, yet she stood beside Hadvar, a little close but it was basically protective instinct. A wolf thing really. The smell of blood had hit her nose, causing that worried look to remain in her eyes.

"Look I was hungry, ok?!"
The werewolf whimpered as he pulled the blade out of his eye, the worst thing to do at the moment, the werewolf peered at the blade and his face went pale, then passed out.
"Erm…is…death too much….?"
Hadvar peered at Echo, it seemed a little dramatic to kill a werewolf feinting at the sight of his own blood.

She took a step back when the guy passed out, hell she almost did too at the smell of werewolf blood, it wasn't something she was used to smelling so much of.
"Well uh…I mean he did kill one of your goats…I assume he knew he wasn't supposed to..but I dont know"
Not helpful. She sighed a bit, glancing over at Hadvar before back at the werewolf in-front of them. Good thing she didn't care for goats as food at least…

"Yes but…."
Hadvar started to rub the back of his neck a bit nervously since the adrenaline was fading.
"It's wrong to kill the weaker, he was acting upon instinct, but mostly….if he passed out by his own blood…"
He made his way over to the werewolf and crouched down to get a better look.
"Don't make it a fair fight…"

"I guess, yea"
She clearly hadn't been in this situation before. She basically was just agreeing with him because she herself wasn't sure. She messed with her hair a bit, a nervous habit really, braiding small strands of it here and there.
"So what do you wanna do with him then?"

Hadvar wasn't entirely sure but he wouldn't be surprised if Rorik being spineless after seeing how the timid Greekman means his words.
"Guess….we leave him, will probably die out here…"
When it came to death he was more attune to it than one thinks. Yet he was feeling more nervous by the second since the threat was dealt with and he shifted in place.
"E-Erm a-sorry, I uh…"
He went back to his timid state of mind
"Just….everyone thinks me as…weak…but when it comes to others I…."
He lowered his gaze to Athena.

"Hm.."
She looked over at the werewolf once more. She almost felt a bit bad, she understood the hunger and when one of her kind is hungry enough instinct kicks in. Mostly why she always preferred to focus mainly on things like deer and wild hogs. However she didn't argue, instead her focus shifted to how nervous Hadvar became again. Seeing that she decided not to push it as she went to try and compose her goofy and bubbly attitude again.
"Its alright, I dont think that your weak really"
