Audrey continued to teach and Jane continues to follow the instructions to a T. " ...those who fight for no true reason are considered age 13 and younger to me, as they act that age most often... At least for the moment that is how I consider it... " She replies, her words being a way to disguise the others in her mind but to be honest at the same time. Though Audrey then took notice of Hurst not working, and walked to him, grabbing him by the hair. " GET TO WORK NEWBIE! " she yelled in his ear, then flicked his nose and went back to the front of the class to continue with the instructions. She didn't mess around.

Hurst

Hurst was about to speak but was grabbed and scolded by the teacher, and in truth hadn't it been for the words he would've mistaken the actions for playing. He was raised a bit differently, in a home where his father was cuddly and his mother more of the tough love sort, and so he didn't really take being grabbed as abuse but h knew he could make a joke out of it.

"Not very lady like ma'am"
He spoke with a smirk then would see what Jane was doing with their mannequin head, he hadn't expected them to be doing so well.
"Yhar yer doin pretty good, ya like doin hair?"
He spoke in a curious tone

Jane shrugged. " ...depends on what is happening... I suppose I enjoy it, though I do not have much hair to style...  Now get to work, or you'll get us both stuck in detention... Audrey doesn't like when kids don't do their work, even kids who came just to talk with their friends... So start catching up with the class... She is not happy today as is, seeing as three kids were late to class... " She would mumble. They were working on special braiding techniques today, and Jane was doing good, occasionally messing up or letting go of the wrong things, but always fixing it pretty easily.

Hurst

Hurst frowned and looked at the thing he was to braid and f us led up royally. He obviously wasn't meant for this class seeing he he managed to turn braids into knots, and knots into resembling a bird's nest.

He soon was lost in thought and was actually trying to get the braids right but he couldn't seem to do so, he seemed to make it worse and soon the entire wig was a giant ball of nothing but knots and misery.
"Son of a bitch!"

Audrey looked to him. " Useless child. You're never going to survive having a daughter. Help him, Pierre. " She said, and Jane sighs, moving over. " ...alright, great... How do you learn, dude...? ...visually, hands on, or by listening...? " She asks Hurst. She had yet to learn his name, too.

Hurst

"Uhhhhhhhhhh errrrrmmmmmm hhhhuuuuuuuhhhh……"
Hurst would scratch his chin and head, then his chin once more as he tried to think of what he is considered learning wise. His mind was filled with other thoughts such as how to skin a moose or clean out his uncle Jax's guns.

He would peer at the wig seeing how he messed up tremendously, that and how does relate to having a having daughter and the survival of such? He knew he could just cal over his sister Nora, they weren't blood related but since Hurst's parents are her godparents, they were siblings.
"…..visual..?"

Jane nods. " ...then watch... Watch how I do it, so you can try to do the same... " She says soflty, and started to carefully untangle the hair, going for the loosest parts first, which would then loosen other parts to be fixed. She continued like this for a good five minutes before it was untangled fully. Then she picks up the brush and brushes the hair out carefully, before carefully prepping the hair for the braiding style of the day so she could show him. Another ten minutes later and the braid was done. " ...alright... Now, your turn... Unbraid the hair without tugging too hard, be gentle, like you would your child... Then, try to do the braid... " She says, moving back to watch him.

Hurst

He did his best to follow what was being shown to him and once it was his turn he brushed the hair out then worked on the braid yet he managed to mess up. He seemed to make knots and he spent a large chunk of time trying to knot it, brush the hair out and try again, he grunted in annoyance. His fingers stubby and thick, he was made for fighting, not braiding.

In the end he looked at Jane with his right eyes twitching, he needed a break or he will go in a bloody rampage of sorts it would appear.

Jane sighs quietly. " ...you're knotting instead of braiding... Don't tie it, spin it... Okay...? " She says softly, patting his shoulder and getting the mannequin head's hair brushed out again, before showing him again, leaving it done for him. " ...try investigating how it looks while it's been done, okay...? " She suggests. " ...visually scan it to see how it all connects... Then, when you are calm and ready to try again, let me know... Here, this should help you calm down... " She takes a small piece of watermelon flavored gum out of her pocket, in it's wrapper, andnwuietly opens it, handing over the piece. " ...don't let thebteacher know you have that though... "

Hurst

Hurst didn't wince at the shoulder pat and peered at the head with a confused expression, he thought he had been doing what was told but clearly he wasn't. He still found himself a bit agitated and gently grabbed the gum, he doesn't like watermelon but didn't say anything.

The shorter man growled a little under his breath and made some animal like sounds that seemed bear like as he sniffed the air a little and scanned the braids a bit more, yet class was nearing the end.
