I don't know if this is available in English but I've read it twice in Dutch and I loved it. It's about a girl, Esther that gets injected with a serum, and she starts turning into a wolf, getting wolf instincts and all.
The title in Dutch is In De Ban Van De Wolf which roughly translates to In The Ban Of The Wolf, I think? 		Spirit

"Wolves of the Beyond", which iirc takes place in the same universe as Guardians of Ga'hoole.

Wolves of the Beyond! It's such an underrated series, I can't suggest it enough. Some of it might be confusing, (as the wolves have their own words and such, but there's a Wolf Language Glossary that has their meanings), but it's so good.
