Quentin looks over at Gorisk. "Any ideas on how to get to Sangei now that I've broken all my contacts?" He inqures under his breath. Jesus he's so angry at himself - it would have been better if he kept some of his contacts, wouldn't it. He sighs then straightens.

"Anything you need to get before we go?"

Gorisk didn't seem amused at all, he crossed his arms and scanned up and down Quentin's body, trying to think of the best way to put this
"Why the smoldering blazes did ya get me?"
He squinted
"I chose to get sent down there to avoid you from being partnered with me, and now methinks yoh pissed some people off that shouldn't BE PISSED OFF"
His voice was deep and his accent more defined in the snarls, he wasn't angry or pissed, he was just a fighter and stubborn one at that, alos he wanted to get under Quentin's skin

"Who'd I piss off this time? Erik? He hates me anyways. I don't see anything wrong with you."  Quentin say and shrugs. And eh doesn't - it takes all types, and people like Gorisk are one of his favorite types.

Gorisk jolted in place a bit, he never had someone say there was nothing wrong with him-never. He tried thinking back on a time before he was marked when he was considered normal and he couldn't, it happened so long ago and even as a child he picked fights, pissed people off and was just an irritating little shit. He found Quentin to be very odd, he wasn't sure what to think about him, normally he could easily point out which sorts to stay away from but this male was rude, doesn't give a shit about others and seems to like fighting, the perfect partner for someone like Gorisk which he will never admit
"Whatever"
He spoke bluntly then walked in a set direction
"Come on, bit of a walk towards Sangei"
He spoke over his shoulder

Quentin starts after Gorisk at a jog then walks beside him. He knows that Gorisk is a bit odd - not his choice of a partner, but he's glad that he was coerced to get him to be on a team with the 'freak'. He begins to think of his childhood, and he glances at the sky, covering his eyes as he does so.

Gorisk groaned and walked a bit faster then stoped immediately and pressed up against Quentin in a very protective manner and started to growl violently, they were in the middle of a beaten path with trees lining the sides, both sides were thick woodland. Gorisk would get these urges often and smelled an odor he knew to be of werewolf hide, and soon a female emerged from in front of them, she looked confused but went across the path and back into the woods. Despite her disappearance Gorisk kept circled the area and sniffed the air before going back to leading Quentin

Quentin follows Gorisk without hesitation. He knows that the other is more dangerous then him, but he doesn't hesitate to follow him.

The two walk for some time, seeing how the world seems to open up before them from being in the more civilized settlement to now seeing before their eyes everything indicating man had claimed is now no more. The paths no longer applied here, they were out in the wild where only beast and the brave hearted can thrive here. The hunters were now in an open field littered with rocks, various herbs and bones of numerous creatures including human
"Anything I should know about you?"
Gorisk finally spoke after the extended silence

"What do you mean? Any... Differences?" He inquires, looking over at Gorisk with a raised eyebrow. If so, then should he tell Gorisk about the Bloodlust that plagues him each time he makes the kill, each time he's on the hunt? The main reason he's never partnered up with anyone is because he was scared that he'd harm them. And the Headhunter knew that when he partnered him up with Gorisk - is that why he did it, Quentin cannot help but think.

The way Quentin respond was more than enough to tell Gorisk that this creature wasn't used to interacting with others, he inhaled then exhaled deeply.
"Let me reword that…."
He spoke in a manner that indicated he knew this would be a long trip
"You got any odd behaviors that could get me kill?"
He squinted then pulled out a piece of leather that he started chewing on, he did this to prevent himself from biting others
"I'm nocturnal so ya might find that annoying, and when it hits night I act….different…"
He peered around while chewing on the piece of leather
