The uniform couldn't have been helping him with the heat. Valentine's welcoming demeanour could sometimes come across as a lack of professionalism, people thinking he wasn't working when he was. "Ah, take this with you." He said, tossing a fresh water bottle to Aaron. It wss important to stay hydrated, he didn't mind having to reminding people twice about that. "You're sweating out a lot of your fluids, better replenish them quickly." He informed.

Aaron was about to protest before he just frowned. He took the bottle of water with a thank you before he headed back out. He moved and spoke with Doug for a good while. They were do to go out on a mission because they wanted to send the new unit out to one of the villages to get information but to also let them know how things worked.

Valentine checked in with the other members of his unit, it consisted of small talk, advice on handling the new temperature and reminders to not overwhelm oneself. His job seemed easy until someone's sense of being was striped of them, the soldiers were scaring locals or there was a hostage situation. He'd keep up his air of friendliness and comfort while being in a serious work mode. He made a oath never to hurt another, he had to make up for what he lacked in other places.

Soon, Aaron gathered the whole unit after a few hours. "Alright. We're moving  out and heading to the nearest town. Gather your gear and lets go." Aaron said to them as he started walking. He had all his gear on and he was sweating all over again. He made sure everyone was geared up. Some people were in vehicles while the others were out walking, Aaron being one of the men who walked.

With the new orders, he was quick to follow through and not lag behind. Not that he had before, it wasn't about to be a first. Valentine had refused to take a vehicle, just because he didn't carry as heavy artillery on him didn't mean he needed to be driven around. It would help keep up physical strength. Looking ahead, he could feel his clothes clinging to his skin in some places from sweat.

Aaron carried his gun in his hands as he walked, sweat dripping down his face. He stayed a little bit away from the vehicles as he walked, making sure to be careful for where he walked. He wore a helmet and sunglasses as well to help block the sun. The heat seemed to get worse as they walked and whatever soldier fell behind, they were put into the vehicle. Aaron refused to let himself be carried in a vehicle. He didn't want to appear weak so he continued his walk to the village.

The blazing sun beat down on them relentlessly, a few soldiers had to get into the vehicles lest they he left behind. He sighed, the trip shouldn't be too far but this unit wasn't accustomed to the climate. Despite sweating bullets the Sergeant was putting up with it, the tough guy act could make Valentine's job a little trickier if he needed honest answers. He quickened to his pace to catch up and walk beside him.

Aaron glanced over at him as he walked. He remained silent as he walked, keeping his gaze forward..his eyes alert. It made sense for some of the unit to struggle they weren't used to this heat but they would be soon if they kept staying outside. He cleared his throat as he walked, "How do you feel?" He asked Valentine

Valentine didn't act too surprised at the question, although he was pleasantly so. With trying to make sure everyone was okay and in a stable mental state, he'd forget to check on himself. The Sergeant and him were similar in that regard, put everyone above yourself. "Fine, fine. Would it be more comfortable to take off a few layers." He smiled down at him, gesturing to his uniform. Surely he'd be soaked in his own sweat by the time they got to the village.

Aaron kinda chuckled, "Yeah..but I can't take them off right now. I'll have to take them off once were back at the base." He said with a sigh as he walked. He could see the village up ahead but it was still a good while away and one foot it would just take a whole lot longer to get there.
