Kaia parked outside and quickly walked up to the door, waving the girl over. She unlocked the front door and went inside, running up the stairs. She managed to get the key in the lock of her door and open it, but she was still in pain. It was a miracle she'd been able to drive them here at all, honestly. "Come on- Before somebody sees you." She told her, gesturing for her to come inside.
Eva hesitated as she walked into the house. She was in the house and she looked around slowly. It was like she hadn't even seen a house before, and for...it felt like it had been 20 years since she was in a house. She had grown so used to the coldness of the cell that she had honestly forgot what warmth and comfort felt like. She walked slowly over to the couch wear carpet was. She leaned down and felt the softness of the carpet. Eva soon sat down on the carpet, curling up onto it.

Kaia closed the door behind her, feeling some of her paranoia melting away. She glanced back and saw the girl curled up on the carpet, and quickly realised why she'd known the word 'Asset'. She walked over to the windows and shut the blinds, just in case. She looked down at the girl, unsure of what she should do next. I think I just committed a crime. I'll absolutely be fired if they find out I helped her escape. She sighed, walking into the kitchen and popping a few pills.
Eva kept herself in the ball. She wasn't sure if she trusted this girl... Even though this girl helped her escape. "Who are you....?" She said after a moment her voice still rough. She had talent the blanket off her head and her ears were pricked forward. Her tail was wrapped around her and she watched the girl carefully
Kaia turned around and looked the girl in the eyes, noticing how she had both human and wolf ears. I know that. "I uh- Kaia Sierest." Akira. She shook her head a little, just trying to get her thoughts straight. "And you?" She finally asked, grabbing something from the fridge and walking over to the girl. She knew this girl probably didn't trust her, and she had the right not to, but Kaia still needed to know a few things.
Eva hesitated, she remembered bits and pieces of a name but she hadn't been called it in so long it was almost foreign to her. "Subject 3487..." She muttered and she narrowed her eyes as the girl approached her. Her wolf like ears pinned back and she admittedly became defensive
She listened carefully as the girl tried to recall a name, but she only came up with her subject ID number. 3487. 2891. "That's your ID number. Do you have a name?" She asked quietly, holding her hands out in front of her to show she wasn't a threat. "I-It's just a sandwich. I figured you might be hungry." She mumbled, holding it out to the girl.
Eva still shuffled back away from her, just staring at her. "That is my name....Test Subject 3487." She muttered still watching her carefully. "The white coats called me that..." She said, referring to the people in the lab with the white coats.
She set the wrapped sandwich down on the floor before backing away, not wanting her to feel threatened. "No, a name is something like Clara, Jake, Michi, or Leah. Do you remember having one of those.? Or did they not name you after the reset?" Kaia asked, crossing her legs.
Eva remained silent for a few.moments,. "Test subjects don't get names. Just numbers. We're lesser than others...." She said as she looked at the sandwich. She made no motion to grab it whatsoever. Instead, she looked back up at the girl and continued watching her carefully.
