when the two finally got back to town, both were heavily exhausted and wanted nothing more but to go back to their housing quarters and sleep, but it seems that the day was not over just yet- at least for polar-bear. Doe-bush waited outside their den just to let him know his presence was requested by the king, a sign that was probably not good. He excused Solbra into her home and walked with polar-bear making little to none conversation, but there was something off about him. Doe-bush let Polar-bear enter the castle on his own, leaving tense air between him and Rosvellta. but it didn't take long for his blood to run cold and for the only sound to hear was his heartbeat when Rosvellta confronted him. "I know you spied on out dinner meeting, Polar-bear." ~~~~~` |

doe-bush knocked on Rosvellta's main chamber before entering. "You called?" he asked meekly. when Rosvellta turned to face him, a look of horror met his face, for her mask had been removed and heavily torn and she had a wide gash across the right side of her face. red liquid matted her fur and dripped onto the floor below - but that wasn't the only thing that was red. her paws were wet and the pale she washed them in was a deep red. it took most of Doe-bushs courage to ask his mate what had happened. Nebula let out one long sad howl. The sorrowful howl filled the air as she sat high, though her pack didn't seem to hear as they were too deep into sleep. Even the pups and adols were asleep through her sounds of pain and stress and distress. Owls called back in response to Nebula as if to mock her. Foxes screamed in mocks as well. The howl went lower and more sorrowful. ~~~~` |

the night seem to last forever as polar-bear laid in his cold damp cell, holding his wounds closely to stop any more bleeding. it all happened so fast. When she confronted him, she stripped him of his role - it was a shameful punishment, yes, but that was the start. she then accused him treason - a crime punishable by death. for most prisoners' and rule-breakers, it takes time to set up a death sentence. she was impatient it seems and tried to take care of him herself. it was either luck or karma that made him strike back and got a it. his blade cut through the mask like butter and into the fur. when she stopped pursuing, he stopped as well. he wanted no blood to spill; but she sought other wise. now here he lays, starving 8 feet below the cold earth with only the light of the moon peeking through his cell vent. just before he could drift off to sleep, he swore he heard a howl. ~~~~~` |

Snarling from two wolves between the two borders. Nebula and a rouge were fighting each other. The rouge was way Too close to each border and drove the Lighthope pack crazy in anger and stress. Nebula had one a few scratches on her while the rouge was getting seriously injured and not backing down. Nebula may be nice or kind as most would say but she was not weak. Always beating her bigger brothers in play fights then almost always beating her opponents in training and fights bet on by the pack which happened for leads offspring to show they were strong enough to lead. The rouge was sure he could turn it around and win but this was not a fight he could win. Nebula was covered in his blood and had him pinned to the ground just about to land the winning blow. ~~~~~~` |

It wasn't long when Polar-bear finally passed away in his sleep. Rosvellta saw a couple of servants drag his body out and carried it off to the graveyard, while one painted a portrait of him to be put in the Warrior hall to honor his memory. "What should we tell the rest of the pack?" questioned Doe-bush. She gave out a hefty sigh as if the answer was obvious but told him anyway. "He was old. Tell them that he died of natural causes or got injured on a patrol- honestly I don't care what you have to say, just make sure It will notbe questioned." Rosvellta spoke with increasing anger. "Hes not the first to die here and currently will not be the last. " ~~~~~` |

Nebula let out a howl of victory to let everyone know she had just killed a rouge and everyone should be weary of her and her pack's territory. Nebula then turned to Lunar and snarled "You dare let a rouge enter the border under your watch!" Lunar shrunk down in fear, this new side of Nebula was terrifying, she struck the fear of God's into the ex heir. "I-i'm sorry! I didn't mean to!" ~~~~~` |

There was tension rising in the air. not only between the two packs but even between her own wolves. Rosvellta sat outside on the balcony, praying to her deceased father, and to any Gods that will listen. "Please, I beg - show me the way, show me that what I am doing is righteous. Do not let me blinded by the fire. " she mumbled old quotes and songs in devotion to the prayer, asking them for help. They have never been wrong before, so they certainly cannot be wrong now. ~~~~~` |

"YOU violated pack law! YOU of all wolves know to never! Ever! Break pack law! The disrespect you have just committed to our mother is NOT to be tolerated!" Nebula kept getting closer and closer to Lunar snarling, saliva dripping from her mouth, "Your the problem in this pack you disrespectful piece of meat!"
