Karlie came back inside a few moments later, still smiling. "Soooo- I may or may not have done something stupid." He smirked, seeing James' confusion. "I got the house all set up, and I was thinking that maybe you guys could come over for dinner some time? Cherii and I are heading home soon, so I figured it would be fun for us to all just chill together." He sounded genuine, and even a little excited.

You're good, lol. This is pretty much the end anyways ))

Karlie grinned, deciding that James had the right to know. "Caleb lost the case. He got himself arrested for drunk driving, so Tom used that as evidence against him. The trial was online earlier today. I get to keep her." He smiled, glad the two of them hadn't had to go to court. "Now all we have to worry about is telling the kiddos abouttttt this." He sighed, not sounding too upset about it.
