~ Sunrise And Nighttime ~ [Roleplay]

Warbler shook her head at the herbalist's caring, sweet words itself accompanied by a soft voice aswell.
"Everything is fine. I just decide to stay up earlier often."
She gazes at Floral Crystal dipping down onto the lush grass.
"You lost something?"
The Sunday's golden glance was fully aimed at the paws, tail, and.. Oh my. Head of the apprentice, all coated in various blooming flowers and herbs, constantly enticing the pollen-collector bugs. Warbler's ears rung everytime she got closer to Floral Crystal, unstoppable buzzes.. How could the adolescent even handle that?

Storm's cold breath came out in a cloud, as she came out of the vine growth, and with creaking bones, she stretched her muscular body and looked around with a neutral, but still spooking glance. The Moonray throws a quick glare at the grasslands, visible from the camp. Clearly, these pathetic "sunny and happy".. puppies were having a happy time getting slowly burned by the sun. Her thought were accompanied by jolting back from a sunray, hated.. Light. Sunrise. Even a slight reminding of these words caused despise. Storm calmly waits for something she didn't even know, breathing shallow.

Her head lifted up at the mention of her name. She quickly realized the voice belonged to Zircane. "Oh, sure!" she replied,  glancing at Dimmed, then looking back at Zircane. She got up to stretch, but was interrupted when she heard something hit one of the walls of the cave. She looked over at the source of the noise and saw Dimmed Lights, and a moth fluttering away from him.

Ketra of the Rising Sun

Did she choose to stay up? or was it a coverup for insomnia? That didn't sound very smart regardless. Of course, Ketra would not tell her that she should go to bed earlier if she was choosing to get up earlier than normal but the firey-colored she-wolf merely smiled; if Warbler wanted to stay up longer or get up earlier then she would merely wait and watch for any concerning signs that the sunblessed needed to step in. The sound of buzzing turned her headjust as much as the leaders voice did.

"Floral dear, good morning." the healer smiled; it faltered a little at her position. "is all well?" she asked with a hesitant look. The younger female was a familiar one to the ginger she-wolf. As someone who was a fan of beautiful flowers and such Floral Crystal was often nearby whenever Ketra was busy; long ago the healer had realized the other enjoyed such comforts that Ketra's position held.

Zircane of the Moon's Ray

Dimmed Light did not stay long. Perhaps the older wolf overstepped the other's line of sorts. He was considered a skittish fellow. Still though, what use was the lad if the pack could not trust him. He did not often interact with others that the older wolf had seen. He'd always run before things got too serious. His eyes squinted over at him as he moved away towards the entrance. Was he going out during the day? The yelp made Zircane snicker and he turned away to focus on Iris.

"why don't you go see if he's ok?" he offered mildly as he returned his attention to the prey pile and grabbed a bat to munch on. It was like beef jerky with bones but it would hold him over until tonight.

POTRS POV

Floral shuffled her paws, looking down.
"I'm all okay!.."
She smiles, still at basically the age of a pup, the apprentice puts down one of her multiple flower crowns, pulling out a few dandelions, and handling them to Ketra with an awkward smile. Floral Crystal saw the Sunblessed who worked with dandelions and charcoal a lot, mixing some weird bright-orange sap (healing salve!) and then finalizing it with a bone. Floral nudged it forward.

POTMR POV

Dimmed Lights growled, his cold smoky eyes rolling. Why did he have to be so clumsy?.. Yes. A whole grown Shade scared off by a little moth?! Not a deal, Dimmed Lights thought, dashing his head around to spot the pest again, with no succeed. Here it is! But not as expected. The large, fluffy moth lands on the male's nose, forcing him to yelp and jolt back again.
"I will SQUASH you!"
Well, the one was lost again, leaving Dimmed Lights sit down in shame.

The rays of the sun cast a warm glow over the Heatwave's mottled pelt as he lied out in the open, long limbs stretched out to absorb as much as the warmth as he could. Ember's eyes flicked lazily open, his blue gaze slowly drawing around his surrounds. Home. He spotted some of his pack members, eyeing over their pelts carefully before his gaze travelled onwards in the direction of the mountains, lips barely twitching upwards into a snarl as he did so. "Mangy flea-ridden dogs.." He thought, ears flattening briefly before he let out a long huff.

He soon turned his watchful gaze back over to the other members of his pack once more, letting one eye fall closed as he continued to soak in the morning warmth. Everything was obviously fine for the moment, but the Heatwave was always on standby, just in case.

Ketra if the Rising Sun

Ketra gave a little chuckle at the younger she-wolf's nature and shook her head. What a clumsy little girl she was. But it was endearing. When she pushed the dandelions towards her Ketra's smiled kindly and reached out to take them. "That's very sweet Floral thank you, dear!" she told the other kindly. Maybe she can ask the other to go with her later today whenever Ketra goes out on her herb hunt.

She glanced over towards the Heatwave rested at the side of the clearing and tilted her head watching a moment before turning back to the other females "I was thinking of going out later to gather some more herbs. I'm running low on tobacco right now. I need it to make a remedy for the fleas we'll be having with this heat." she glanced up at the hot sun beating down on them. It was the season for those pesky bugs to bother them again. But she didn't relish the idea of going go to get it because the thing was Tabacco didn't grow in their grassland...it did in the mountain range which meant bordering the Moon's Ray pack's territory.

"Ember! May I speak with you a moment?" she turned her attention towards the Heatwave before excusing herself from the leader and apprentice to pad over to the male

(Guys, I'm thinking to try and start some intense war between the two packs when we get enough members for action. Thoughts?

The sunning male lazily turned his gaze to the Sunblessed as she approached, not speaking, though turning his head in question. He reached his hind leg up absent-mindedly to scratch an itch behind his ears with a huff before he slowly did a long stretch on the soft grass, long claws flexing as he did so. He did his little routine before straightening a little more from his position, though still remained lying down. Finally, he spoke.

"What is it that you want, Ketra?" He drawled boredly, his tone holding some slight irritation. There was nothing like the morning sun after all, and she was interrupting. The sun would roll over the mountains, bit by bit, casting a warm light over their grassland.  Like most wolves within the pack, he rose with the sun and set with the moon. He firmly stood by that ritual each morning and evening.

His tail gave a lazy, half-hearted wag as he huffed. Seems like his morning sun was over.

Orien, POTMR

Oblivious to the commotion in the den around him, Orien was lying comfortably in a corner alone, safely apart from the rest of his pack. Pack. What a funny, and certainly useless, phrase to use for what they all were to each other. They were a group of wolves, sure, but that hardly made them a pack. They were no more a pack than a flock of crows were. They all existed apart from each other, assigned to their own tasks; in fact, Orien would be surprised if any wolf here so much as knew he existed. As a Nightwanderer, and not an impressive one at that, he rarely saw much of anyone in his pack. When he wasn't out scouting the terrain, he was nestled in a corner waiting for the moment that Storm asked him to head off once more. Which, admittedly, wasn't as bad as it sounded- not only did he get to discover new areas, and find new things, he also got to observe the other wolves in his pack without them knowing they were being observed. It was spectacular how absurdly different others acted when they were unaware of anyone else watching.

Currently, however, exhausted from his previous scouting adventure, Orien simply lay there, small head propped onto his gray paws. He was sitting near the edge of where the den ended, and, as he assumed no one was watching him, he poked the edge of his pink nose out into the sun, feeling its warm rays. It was criminal, he knew, to so much as put a single claw in the sunlight in the eyes of his pack, but he didn't mind it too much. There had been times when he'd been out scouting too late and had been stuck in the daylight. Despite the engrained thought that daylight was horrible, it honestly wasn't as bad as he'd assumed his entire life. It warmed and tickled his dark pelt, and painted the leaves on the ground in shades of gold and amber. It was, in his opinion (and one, of course, that he would never share), beautiful. He would never dare to do much more than what he was doing right now, anyways- sticking his nose out in the sun when no one else was looking and feeling the tingling rays on his skin.
