Why can't a pupsitter regain energy?

Why can't a pupsitter regain energy?

My Pupsitter says that her energy regeneration is on pause. What does that mean, and why is that being done? She needs energy to give energy to the puppies! Thank You.

Pupsitters lose 10% energy per puppy they are watching, up to a maximum of 10.

Their energy then freezes as long as they are pupsitting and will not go down, but won't go up. The pups will still be protected so long as you don't remove them from the pupsitter.

I have one puppy that is going to be 5 mo old tomorrow is there something like a puppy trainer while it is with the pupsitter until it is 11 mo old?

Not at the moment. Basically pups can't gain stats (yet) until they're adults.

The game is still pretty new so I'm sure a lot of features will be added in the months to come.

I hope so too. I'd love to have the pupsitters be able to play/train the pups once they're weaned.

My Puppsitters energy has gotten so low that some of the pups don't gain hardly anything from her anymore.

I have had a few pups die even though they are connected to her as their pupsitter. One of the pups that died had just been born that morning, and I had decided that morning that I wanted him to grow up to be my heir!

I wish there was a way to make +Energy Boost potions. Just the same way there are, for when wolves get hurt there is a Healing Salve to get more +HP.

Does anyone know if there is any plans for something like that to happen?

Pupsitters energy and survival chances are not tied.

You pup didn't die because your pupsitter had low energy.

Each pupsitter have a 60% survival bonus (that increase as their proficiency grow) that can be given to the pups they protect. If the pupsitter protect 1 pup, that pup get the whole 60% extra survival chance. If your pupsitter protect 2 pups, each pup get 30% extra bonus. The more pup they protect, the lower the bonus each pup get.

Right now, your only pupsitter is protecting 4 pups, so each is getting a 20% protection bonus to their survival. If you want to make sure that your pups don't die, I suggest getting more then 1 pupsitter so that each have to protect fewer pups and give a higher bonus.

Remember that only pups that reach a 100% survival chance are safe from dying.

How do I get more than 1 pupsitter? I can't pay for one, is there a way to get one without paying for it? I am an unpaid player. There is no way I can afford it.

It has nothing to do with being a paid or non paying. There is no limit to how many pupsitters you can assign and any adult wolf can be a pup sitter.
