How it would work: There would be a very, very low chance to find a lunar NBW. The rarity of these encounters would be in line with the nobaby or lunar tala encounters, or even rarer! Honestly, the rarer the better! The encounter: This encounter would drop the same amount of LT that any "normal" encounter would. There would also be an option to "attack" or "befriend." When you open the befriending panel, the backdrop would be the lunar biome background, so that no additional background art is needed. The frame around the NBW, as well as the befriending panel, would be in the same blue tones and theme as the lunar exploring panel is. Stars would show in the left corner, along with any other information that usually shows up when befriending. The befriending itself works just like regular befriending, with one exception: Instead of costing GC, the auto friend cost would be somewhere around 25 LT (Keeping up with the LT:GC worth, it equals about 5 GC.) The NBWs: They would be somewhat like the special NBWs that are in the game right now, minus the level requirements. There would be no chased pool for these NBWs.The lowest rating for these NBWs would be one star, the highest would be five. Each star is the equivalent of one lunar trait, or a trait that has been released in the form of a lunar applicator. The pool of traits would consist of any past applicator traits, excluding any one-time-only release applicators (like the ones released for real life lunar events). The traits on the NBW are chosen completely randomly. The more stars on the NBW, the more lunar traits it has. Yesss I love event-only NBWs!

It's great for those who accidentally missed out on a special moon event or don't have the funds/time to get said apps, heck I'd even be down with said NBWs having the chance of having an NBW lunar exclusive base/marks and the what-not, I also like how you suggested that the auto-claim should be LT, very nice touch to make it affordable for everyone :)
