Season-accurate explore encounters for antlered enemies

Cervids like deer, caribou, and moose (which all appear as enemies across multiple biomes) do not have full antlers throughout the year. They shed them in winter and grow a new set during the warmer months to prepare for rut in autumn. During the growing period, the antlers are covered in a hairy "skin" known as velvet that gives the prongs a rounded, fuzzy look. Foxes, hares, and ptarmigans have artwork that changes with the seasons, so why isn't this the case for our hoofed enemies?

My proposal is this: moose bull, blacktailed buck, whitetailed buck, elk bull, and caribou should be shown with a more accurate velveted pair of antlers when encountered in spring and summer. The current artwork (showing bare, fully developed antlers) should only appear in autumn and winter.
