Curious, but wondering if anyone has a stat max calculator?

Just curious, but I'm looking for a stat calculator that could spit out possible max stats. Like say a 240 NBW as a scout would max out at x type thing.

Wolves get stats depending on the level they level up to. So a wolf to reach level 4 gets 8 stats and wolf reaching lvl 20 gets 40 stats. In total that is 418 points. You can also get additional +2 stats each day depending on the wolf's role.

So a NBW with 240 starting stats will get at least 658 stats. Usually more.

I've had my NBW studs reach over 800 stats.

Ok thanks. I've got a new NBW/low gen high stat project I wanna start and was just curious. I've seen some NBWs hit 1k tho I'm guessing those are chased wolves.

Good luck with your project!

Yes, it's possible to reach even 1000 stats with a NBW, but that needs a lot of work or a lot of battles for a lead. Chased wolves have their stats rolled, so all NBWs have around 190-270 stats.

Ah, ok. So I know it's super easy to level with scouting so would it be better to have a NBW a a scout than a lead if you're going for stats?

It depends on how much you play. A lead can level up the fastest if you battle everything and very often, even faster if you have guarana to use regularly. As a lead there are no limits on the extra stats, just luck, so you can get more than 2 in a day.

A scout is more reliable at leveling up, especially when you scout mainly glacier and rainforest. But in that case the extra stats are going to wisdom and strength. Some people scout their wolf to a level 20 and then move it to a hunter, as hunters usually get better +2s than scouts.

Calculating total stats for pack wolves, you can go with assumption that there's 10% chance of getting +2 and 90% of getting +1 stat during adol training and potentially from tasks.

Pup training - max 63 stats, can guarantee this max if you have good tutors and lesson optimally set, doesn't apply to NBWs.
Adol training - 12-24 stats, following the aforementioned assumption you can end up having trained 13-14 stats, doesn't apply to NBWs.
Level-up - max 418 stats, obviously.
Tasks - you get 2-3 stats daily, starting from 1y old wolf till the last day of breeding for a female (7y2m) it's 149 days so wolves can get 298-447 stats. Going with the aforementioned assumption you have a chance of getting +1 then +2 resulting in +3 stats daily with 9% chance, which means 311-312 total stats gained for active wolves.

In total, you can boost starting stats by ~806 points. For 1y NBW, you can boost stats by ~729 points.

If you want to calculate 2 stats for potential stalker, chaser or herbalist, you count the following:

Pup training - max 54 stats, doesn't apply to NBWs.
Adol training - same as above (12-24 stats, average 13-14).
Level-up - under assumption 60% of stats go into 2 highest, you get 250-251 by average.
Tasks - same as above (298-447 stats, average 311-312).

Summing it up, you can get ~629 points for 2 most relevant stats, ~562 if 1y NBW.

If you want to calculate 1 stat for potential finisher or scout for certain biome, you count the following:

Pup training - max 27 stats, doesn't apply to NBWs.
Adol training - same as above (12-24 stats, average 13-14).
Level-up - you can assume 30% into the highest but second highest is the most favored if the difference between two highest is significant, 25% is safe bet, letting you gain 104-105 by average.
Tasks - same as above (298-447 stats, average 311-312).

Summing it up, you can get ~456 points for the most relevant stat, ~416 if 1y NBW.
