Either fighting, either befriending, either living their own life, the feathered ones control the well-being of their dwelling. While Lunar birds deity for the moonlight, the Physis care for all the plants and growth. As the Pyria have control of warmth and fire, the Hydro oppose them fully and have the power of water and ice. And them together, represent the light which none of them could live without. Pyria Birds live in the least fertile part of the rainforest, and all they have here are Midenloth: strikingly red, bitter berries that grow on the same-named tree with orangish, small circular leaves, nesting at the Volcano. Specific Traits: Flaming eyes, frequent hopping As for Physis comes the full opposite: they barley have space for flight as their land is full of different plants with large leaves and sweet fruit. Specific Traits: Leaf-shaped tails, small wings and short flight time Hydro live similiar to Physis, but they have a large lake, they raise their offspring and spend most of their time behind The Great Waterfall, unaccessible for other kinds. Specific Traits: Teardrop-shaped crests, large wings Lunar birds lurk in the sky and spend their time on the Sky Island, barely consuming any food or water. Remarkably calm and patient, they never fight, and if provoked, remain silent. Mistglow lurks in the sky, observing the happening below. Eyeing a crystal tree on one of the Sky Islands, she stretches out her legs, about to land and perch. As she does that, the female bird checked her full safety and confirms it with a nod to herself, starts preening her dark feathers. Mistglow's bioluminescent blue eyes still kept looking around, wary of the atmosphere. The moonlight seems to avoid to spread on her, leaving the feathered one invisible to a different pair of eyes.

The female gazes around, then swiftly ascends into the sky, becoming fully unseen, nothing giving her away, except the quiet sound of flapping wings.

Nocturnum stood perched on one of the tall trees on Sky Island. The fearsome raptor was patiently awaiting the night as the sun was setting. Her piercing blue eyes were calmly observing every little detail that was going on around her. Not even the smallest of insects went without her noticing. Staying perfectly still, one could mistake her for the night sky.
