Help me choose my next stud's design!

Re-using this thread to decide on a design for this lad.

Option 1: Airglow/Losna


Option 2: Fox


Option 3: "Fox", but with Airglow base


I have access to both base applicators, I'm just trying to figure out what design to go for! Alternatively if you have any other suggestions, feel free to drop them below. :)

to be more precise, it's because of all of the breed only features. Whilst bronze is a very pretty base, there is not much else special about that wolf in comparison. I think with some customising the first option would bring in more requests. 		𝗟𝗲𝘅 ✧

The blue eyes and marking blending on the bronze sold me! I am a fan of darker coloured wolves, so my vote goes for that one

Thanks for the input guys! I guess my doubts come down to whether people prefer a breed-only base or breed-only markings! Still a while till I'll be able to swap lead/stud, I'll just level both till then. :)

That being said, I would love more thoughts on the matter!

Personally, I'm a sucker for raffle eyes and wing markings, so I lean towards option 1 if you add a T* or Fox base. However, NBW T3s are pretty popular at the moment. Either option is good, in my opinion.

One thing to consider that another user brought up the other day: Specials are nice because they can essentially be bred to any color group. When breeding for T3 bases, I like to pair matching categories (e.g. warm dark T2 to a warm dark T3 stud) to have the highest chances of a T3 puppy. That can be very limiting. With Specials, however, the options are more open, because they can be paired with any color group.

...the other user, whose name I'm forgetting, said it more clearly, but I hope I got the gist of it. Let me know if it doesn't make sense and I'll try to throw more examples out there to clear it up.

Ngl I like the fox and airglow, but mostly the airglow. The fox is super nice though!

I like how the blue in the Airglow/Losna brings out the blue in the Storm eyes (the other two designs make the eyes look more grey, especially the "Fox" Airglow base one), but I think seeing the wings is also a big plus in the other two designs. I've seen lots of very blue Lunar studs, though, which makes me lean (slightly?) towards options 2 and 3.

I absolutely love the airglow/Losna! The blues are definitely my favorite and this is an elegant approach. I love it so much because it isn't so in your face and neon as some others. 		BlizzardOfDeath
