Is it really that hard to get GC, though? I agree that the exchange rate is ridiculous, but selling amusement has always been a pretty reliable way of making it, and I've seen players enjoy the game while not having GC, or being on very short supply of it.

But what about the people who struggle to get those materials to sell? That's where it gets troublesome.

Yes, I agree with that, but the increased exchange rate is sort of a natural result of the game progressing as far as it is- SC is infinite, and is able to be generated freely everyday, while GC has to be bought with real cash, it isn't cheap either. The exchange rate being this high I feel like is more fair to the actual worth of GC, comparing it to the rate at the start of the game is unfair as SC was much scarcer then.

I see your point there. But I also see that there are people who struggle to get food, amusement, or even medicine to their wolves because that infinite SC is being used elsewhere, in other dire matters, and sometime even in fun ones. I use my SC to keep my wolves from starving or being unhappy, and as my pack increases, that becomes more and more difficult until that infinite SC isn't enough.

I've had wolves run, pups die, and wolves kept sick because of a lack of silver. When that happens, I have to run around to find things that they need, often causing a debt from borrowing fromothers. Not everyone can balance the chaos, especially not people that have a greater attachment to their wolves as more than just "projects" or "game characters". This applies to myself, as well.

I mean no offence here, and I totally understand, but that seems like more of a problem with not creating a sustainable pack, than a problem with the supply of SC?

Then how would someone create a sustainable pack? Yes, hunting is good for food, and expolring is good for amusement, but that gets tedious and draining as you gain more wolves. At some point, there will be more wolves than you can provide for, and if someone is attached to their wolves too much to sell or chase them, then what do you suppose they do? That's a tight spot, and one I honestly get myself into more times than I'd like.

Technically, mods have already rebalanced that particular issue with the new hunting update- if you have that many wolves, you should at least have 2 hunting slots, which should be more than enough to sustain a pack and even salvage leftovers for amusement. I took a glance through your pack, and your adult number is fine, it's mostly just the number of pups that is a problem, pups are generally deadweight.

I use pups to earn money, personally, but even then I rarely earn anything. And my wolves, especially hunters, aren't alway reliable-- sometimes one of the hunters are pregnant, or ill, and I hae to choose between replacing them for the time being (which lowers the compatability, therefor lowering chances of food), or let the other hunters carry the weight (draining their energy, and having to wait for them to regain it in order to hunt again.
