If we do not use all the Quartz will there be another event to use them in ? Do they roll over ?

Nope, they will always stay in u hoard :) the days u dont jse dont change nothing in the item :)

As for if they'd be used in other events, unlikely! If it's similar to Lioden, each monthly event will have it's own unique currency, and will carry over to next year and beyond. :D
