Ferok likes crows. He loves watching them play with each other and chatter, until he feels like he could almost understand what they're saying. Sometimes, he even dreams of them.

When he heard about the tradition of dressing up to go ask other packs for treats, he got to work immediately. He selected the best feathers from his collection to stick in his fur and asked Kor if he could borrow her elbow-bracers for 'wings'.

The costume looked good, and the reactions of the crows also seemed positive! But he wanted to be more than a crow.

He 'borrowed' a set of antlers from the hunters' latest kill and found the crushed rock Fengar had taught him could be used as black dye. Then, he and his fellow Scout-apprentice Zhugar found a patch of red clay...

Ferok also figures that bringing some of the candles Sanneak taught him to make should work in his favor, to convince the packs he'd be visiting to not trick him.

(There really isn't as much subtle custom decor fitted to adolescents as there should be ssdfjhbgsdjbfhg)
