Sorry if I didn't just find this one anywhere, is there any specific chance for the jay recipes to drop?

@Birbz The only one I've found, the Black Throated Magpie Jay, was after following the raven . The encounter happens in a lot of biomes but I was in the Coniferous Forest. 

A lot of the Jay recipes say drops from "amusement items" here, but in GHs explore encounters you can go through each explore encounter and it tells you what it could drop ——> here

@Ironwolf2017isSUS, the Abandoned Den is found from encounters that drop Bones."Dig" would probably be the most common encounter to try for it, but the important thing is encounters that drop Bones.
I'm not sure which your talking about for the "Arctic Den" since there's none, there is "Winter Cave" or "Cold Cave", both are from Cave-Building Material. So the common beaver encounter and clicking "Growl" could be your best bet. But there is also "Arctic Tundra" which isn't a recipe but is available for purchase in Raccoon Ware if your in the Tundra Biome.
I only put the most common encounters but Grouse House has this guide that can help, keep in mind it's a user created guide and people are adding info so even if an encounter doesn't explicitly say you can get a "Bone Recipe", if it drops a Bone there's a chance.

Also, it's unclear if the recipe drop rate is bugged. There's a bug report already, specifically for the Blue Jay recipes ONLY dropping from the Raven encounter. You can check that out here —> Bug Report

I kind of have reason to believe "Mouthful of Feathers" Is wrong. I've only found it twice and it was RIGHT after the release of the recipe, but both times were from growling at a beaver, which I believe is a cave-material drop. Can provide proof

I have noticed that Dead Fish drop remnants... But there aren't any recipes who need Dead Fish?

Dead Fish remnants are not used in any recipes right now ^^
I will update the Mouthful of Feathers recipe! The beaver thing seems likely having looked around. 		Mel 🏜️
