Hi! New here!

How do I regain HP? Does it go back up over time or can I buy items to help increase it? 		TheRandomHybrid

Hey!  To regain HP you either need to use healing salves, or Explore encounters!  In explore if you come across a pool of water that has the options inspect or drink, inspect will give you a healing salve!  If you let me know what biomes you have explored I can let you in on some hp gaining encounters! 		cat-tailed

Oh I started in mountains as well!!  No worries!  So the main HP encounter in mountains is the Rocky mountain toad, if you lick it you have a pretty good chance of getting 5+ HP 🥰 		cat-tailed
