You have a really strong entry, with a both a solid plan and a gorgeous warm, saturated, glowy look. And who doesn't love lemmings.
The only small change I would suggest is removing the Luna Ornate Blotches. I feel they muddy his middle section up a little. I would suggest either using that slot for RMAs instead, or adding a marking that ties in better with his warm/dark contrast (for example, Cream Carnage).

I am very excited about the prospect of a new high stat T3 line. To me it seems like a goal that makes the most of his potential.
