An adolescent male strides forward, his thin fur shielded from the elements of nature by a thick coat draped over his back. He feels greatly intimidated by the wolf with the milky eye that looms before him, but clears his throat and speaks anyways: "Greetings. I've been sent by my pack to collect a Cold Cave BG in exchange for these rocks, here."

He drags a sack filled to the brim with thirty large rocks that had previously been hidden from view in front of him, nosing it forward so it was at the other wolf's paws. The adolescent's gaze finally finds that milky eye and adds with a stutter, "If that's alright with you, of course."

Swishing his tail, the dark wolf greets you.

"Hello friendly traveller, and welcome. What you're requesting can be arranged most definitely."

He springs to his feet and gives the sack of stones an inspection. After a bit he sneezes. Then, smiling and closing both eyes, he turns around, then back to you and gives an option.

"You can watch me craft if you'd like. I do not mind sharing my knowledge with others."

You think following would not be a bad idea. Being younger than the adults in your pack, maybe you can impress them by learning a thing or two while you're here.

"Interested in learning to craft?" Wolfstreak pulls you from your thoughts. "I'd wager you could become a fine craftswolf if you tried."

You ponder.

"Maybe one day, when I'm older," is what you manage to eke out.

"Do come again, then, young one. Your item is finished. Thank you for using my crafting services. I wish you safe travels home," at the end of his sentence he closes his eyes and lays the item at your feet.

You think he might not be as intimidating as originally perceived.This wolf makes you feel uneasy. No thanks, what if he tricks you?

Looking around you, you see... a lot. Where did he get any of this? Some is normal, what you'd expect: dried leaves and herbs, pelts, bits and bobs. Other less typical items you can see from your grass perch are glowing blue plants and rock chunks, and what looks like it might be an alarmingly large pile of wolf remains.
Maybe those are foxes and human pets. That's the less scary option.

"Are you feeling alright, young wolf?" A surprisingly gentle voice breaks your thoughts. "You look a little stiff."

A snort tries to help you blow the rest from your mind, for now.

"Just a little uneasy from the travel," squeaks out of your maw.

Wolfstreak drops your requested items at your feet.

"I do hope you feel better then. Thank you for using my crafting services and come again if you'd like. Perhaps I'll begin stocking medicines for weary ones like yourself." He smiles at you and closes both eyes.

Maybe he wasn't as scary as you thought.
