Yeah, Firefly's... kinda a trouble magnet. She's definitely bi and Anubis will not be her first abusive relationship; hopefully she finds someone to settle down with.

I put in Spire just as a background character, though now that you mention it I think I should go more in-depth with him. And yes Spire will totally kick his ass-

Or at least there will be mutual ass-kicking from both parties. Who knows where the creative juices will take me next?

Rali was running, faster than she ever had before. 

“Come Here Little Girl!!!” A snarling voice taunted behind her. She pushed herself to run faster, away from the rouges who wanted to kill her. She could almost feel their hot breath on her flank, their teeth snapping at her legs. She let out a strangled howl for help as she sprinted back to the den. I know the puppies are at the den, and the adults are hunting and scouting….. But the rest of the adolescents should be able to take care of these guys! Rali thought as she let out another howl to let the pack know she was coming with danger. She heard a warning howl from up ahead, and knew the pack didn’t want her bringing danger. Alpha Mercy’s pups must be back from the herbalist….. I can’t bring the rouges there now! Rali fretted as she felt her legs getting tired. She panted and turned towards the west, away from teh den, knowing she could loose her life keeping these rouges away from Cavern and Wisp… as well as the other pups. 

“Why are you running Little Girl!? Is a pack wolf that scared of a few rouges!? YOU CAN”T OUTRUN US!!!” The snarling voice laughed and snapped at her, making her remember just how dangerous these wolves were. He’s right… I can’t outrun them…… but I can try and fight them! Rali knew she had no hope of fighting four grown wolves who most likely had been trained in battle, but she had to try, she couldn’t run any longer. She ran to a nearby clearing, and spun, facing the rouges. Surprise registered on their face, but then cold joy washed over them as they realized they caught their prey.

“You going down with a fight little girl? HA! You can try,” the grey and black leader sneered at her. Rali snarled back, trying to make herself look bigger. The rouges cackled and bared their teeth at her, causing her ears to involetarly fall back, showing her fear. The lackeys laughed as the leader smiled cruelly at her, taking ominous steps toward her. 

“You… You better not come any closer, the pack will be here s-soon!” Rali tried to show courage, but she couldn’t…… until she saw Cavern. Her eyes widened as the Alpha’s pup trotted into the clearing behind the rouges. Rali saw Risp, Cavern and Wisp’s pup sitter call quietly to the pup. Risp had only been a pupsitter for a few rollovers…. He had just earned the right to be called an adult, and now? Now he looked scared out of his mind! They must have tried leaving when I howled! He must have thought I would still bring the rouges to the den! Rali growled to herself. If this spineless creature wasn’t going to protect the pups, she would have too. Rali snarled at the rouges with renewed confidence and leaped at the leader. Her claws hit his head and snapped in backwards before Rali went sailing over him. She landed and spun, seeing the rouges shock as they stared at there leader, who was rolling his neck and glaring at her.

“Prepare to die little gi-” The leaders eyes locked on something behind her and Rali realized her biggest mistake. She had led the rouges vision right to were Cavern was….. And now they knew they would get to kill a puppy too. Rali snarled.

“Ooo, goody, another little pack wolf to kill,” the lackies cackled as the leader sneered and stalked closer.

“We can take them Rali.” Rali jumped and looked over her shoulder. Risp! He was walking closer, eyes trained on the rouges, looking calm and confident. Maybe he isn’t as much as a coward as I thought. Rali looked towards where Cavern and Wisp were, and found them hiding underneth a bush.

“Oh even better, two little pests we get to kill!” The leader laughed. Risp tilted his head and smiled cooly.

“Soon there will be 10 other wolves here, including our strongest wolf, and our fastest.” Risp said, and Rali looked at him confused. He must have howled for them… but… I didn’t here anything?! Is he bluffing?! Or…. did he really run all the way back to camp while I just thought he was hiding? 

“Oh then we shall have a bloody fight with lots of dead little mutts!” The leader cried, eyes wide with insanity. HIs lackies looked scared for a moment before being covered in a wave of rage. They leaped at Rali and Risp and knocked them both to the ground. Rali whined and grabbed the tail of her attacker in her jaws. He yelped and tried to pull away but that made Rali’s teeth rip the skin. She yanked and the rouge flipped over, landing on his back. Rali heard a crack as the wolf hit the ground, and stilled. Her eyes widened and she gasped.

“Don’t think about it now Rali…..” She turned to see Risp next to her. She nodded and gulped, before turning on the other three wolves, pain and anger moving them to fight. They all snarled and crouched to leap at them, but a howl echoed through the forest, and mist crept from behind Rali. She smiled and howled as well, forgetting all about killing the wolf. Even Risp looked confused but soon, Rali thought, soon these rouges will learn what it means to mess with the Horizon Glade Pack! Rali smiled as her howl was echoed with other howls. She heard Cloavir, and Koliea, and Miskeer and Skarn. She heard Skyra and Iris, and Cassoris, the strongest adolescent. She smiled and turned to the Rouges.

“Karma’s a bitch boys, prepare to die,” Rali said, quoting the leader’s words to her. Rali hated feeling weak, and now? With the pack surrounding her? With Risp at her side? The rouges who made her feel weak and helpless, would die. Rali snarled and launched herself at the leader, snaping her jaws around his scruff and yanking him off his feet. She forgot all about the other wolf she had killed, and set to work killing this one. She closed her teeth around the leader’s neck, and glared into his eyes as she snapped his neck. She pulled away and smiled, blood dripping from her muzzle as her pack ran past her, leaping on the rouges.

“You alright?” Rali turned, wiping the bloor on her neck fur, to see Cassoris. 

“Yup! Thanks to Risp,” Rali smiled at Risp, who was looking shocked and proud. She smiled and looked at the dead rouges. Karma………..

The second year of the new pack lands the pups were playing with wild butterflies at the edge of the den.

im finally done, and with an hour to spare >:)
