Puppy Survival and Enclave Question

Does a pup automatically die on turnover if they aren’t tended and are at 14% or less? 

When do pups get deleted from the Enclave? Are the quest pups added to the lot?

I can't say for sure on the first one, but they probably do, yes. I believe puppies are deleted from the Enclave after one day, and quest pups are sent into the void, they don't appear as adoption options for other users.

Pups can actually survive with no pupsitter and even at 0% survival chance. It is pure chance if they die or not. That being said, they can die with pupsitters up to 99% survival chance. They are only save at 100%.

Enclave pups are deleted after rollover. I do believe quest pups go back into adoption.

Pups do die automatically when they hit 0%, and the 15% drop happens before the death roll. (It is a matter of chance, but the percentages do have meaning. 100% survival means a 0% chance of dying, 50% means a 50% chance, and 0% means a 100% chance.)

I had pups survive with 0% survival chance multiple times. With pupsitters though. Not sure if they can survive wihout pupsitters too.

Their true survival chance includes the pupsitter boost.
