Cedarwood Forest- Wolf Pack RP

Toddi followed along behind Arwain, the pair staying near the back of the small group. Toddi sometimes darted off towards the bushes, bringing small sticks back and consequently getting himself covered in leaves. 

Bane - Male - 3 Y/O - Near the group

Bane had been following the scent of a group of wolves for a while and he finally found them. Bane watched from afar, although, the wind was at his back so it wouldn't be long until they discovered him as well. From what he could see, there were 2 pups and mostly female wolves, all but 1 male.

Akela - Male - 2 Y/O - Leaving Cedarwood Forest

It had only been a few hours of walking, but Akela was already having doubts. A few hours alone with his thoughts has led Akela to wonder how true the rumours have been. Did anyone ever actually find this "paradise"? Have too many packs found it? Maybe the wolves before him have already ravaged the land and there is no more food left... Normally, Akela wouldn't worry too much about it, but now, there were others with him, and 2 puppies relying on this "paradise".

The smell of another wolf caught his attention. Akela turned his head and saw a large, dark wolf standing on a hill hidden in the trees. The wolf was watching them, and without another word, began walking towards them.

Celestial watched as the wolf approached the group. She bristled slightly, but constrained herself. She stepped forward. "Hello?" She called, watching the dark wolf. "Who are you?"

Arwain caught the scent as well, ears going back and down as she does up to get to Toddi. Toddi tilted his head, watching the other wolf. "Who's that?" He asked quietly. "I don't know. Quiet now, I need to listen." Arwain replied and Toddi went silent.

Celestial sniffed the wolf. It was a he, and a loner. She approached him. "Who are you, and why are you here?" She asked.

Mountains? Rue considered thoughtfully. She was a forest wolf. The mountains, when they could be seen through the thick foliage of the forest, had always appeared as distant as the clouds themselves. Could they really travel that far? More importantly, would she be home before it was time for her to lead her pack. And more than that, what if it was all a colossal waste of time. What was paradise anyway? Was it even real?

She, like the others, was a bit apprehensive about the approach of the new wolf. Male, from what she could scent of it, but like before, she acknowledged that the land she stood on was not her own. She had no right to drive him off.

“Is there something we can help you with?” she asked the new wolf.

Meghein watched the new wolf, now lowering herself alittle. Hiding behind Akela and peaking from behind. She didn't seem to trust the male wolf , having her head lowered watching from a far. Meghein listened to the other wolves talk to the newer one.

Arwain moved towards Meghein, wanting to protect her if something went wrong. Toddi followed, slinking behind Arwain. The she-wolf didn't speak, not wanting to engage with the new wolf yet. Meeting this group was enough for her.

Celestial tilted her head, watching the male wolf. "I said, who are you, and why are you here?" She stepped closer, trying to keep him away from the pack.

Bane - Male - 3Y/O - Edge of Cedarwood Forest

"Who am I?" Bane asked the stranger wolf who had begun to approach him. "Who are you? This isn't your territory, is it?" Bane asked. He sat in front of the group and yawned. He had been walking for a while and was starting to feel a bit tired. Bane scanned the group and saw the two young pups who seemed to be a bit frightened of him.

When the second female spoke, Bane remained seated. "No, nothing you can do for me. I was just curious who you were, and why you are on the move... You've made quite some distance in one day. What's the rush?"

Akela - Male - 2 Y/O - Edge of Cedarwood Forest

Akela watched the stranger male, then looked towards the sun slowly setting. "Guys, we're running out of daylight," Akela announced to the group. He had no interest in engaging with this stranger. He was tired from travelling, and stressed from worrying about the group. The stranger didn't seem aggressive, and Akela wanted to keep it that way.
